I am currently in the process of downsizing to a smaller house. This would be my first time having to use a storage unit. Although CubeSmart wasn't my first choice, after visiting and checking on a few other facilities. I am a CubeSmart believer now. I stumbled upon CubeSmart when driving home. I decided, I should at least check out one more facility before calling it a day. Upon pulling up to the site. I noticed there was one main gate in and out with a keypad entry along with security cameras, which tells me that my things will be well taken care of here. After getting out of my car and walking towards the office, I was greeted by Melanie. She was smart, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She invited me into the office. Gave me the full run down on how the whole process works at CubeSmart along with pricing. We then went on a small tour of the grounds. The site was well tended to and overall had a well up kept appearance. The unit was just what I was looking for and just the right price. 1 Star Review -- Extremely Disappointed with CubeSmart I originally rented from a company called Storage West back in 2021. I had two 5x10 units at just $48 per month each, and everything was great -- until they were bought out by CubeSmart. Honestly, that buyout was the worst move ever. Had Storage West told me they were selling, I would have never rented from them, especially since I was preparing for a long-distance move to the East Coast. Lesson learned: always ask if a storage company plans to sell or change ownership before signing any agreement. Fast forward to 2025 -- my rent skyrocketed to $250 per unit! CubeSmart showed zero appreciation for my long-term business and made paying even harder by suddenly removing the phone payment option I had always used. To make matters worse, because I was an existing customer, I didn't qualify for any of the promotions or discounts new renters were getting for the exact same 5x10 units. By July 2025, I moved out of both units -- and I will NEVER rent from CubeSmart again. Warning to others: If you need long-term storage, be cautious! CubeSmart is nearly impossible to reach -- from the local office all the way up to corporate. I'm still waiting on a call back from their corporate office. Bottom line: I do NOT recommend CubeSmart for anyone looking for honest, reliable, long-term storage I do have to give credit to Adam the manager who was newly hired for this particular location he was very helpful read more

Stay far away from this place. The manager has zero customer service skills and I'm unsure of how he is even working here. He gives you information over the phone and then an hour later changes the information he gives you. He's clearly high or on drugs. This is a grown man managing this place acting like a child. He cannot have an actual conversation like an adult and pouts when you ask a question he can't answer. He has zero empathy or ability to talk like an adult. Warning! Do not rent a storage space here. This place is infested with rats and rodents, that destroyed most of my belongings. They also allow homeless to sleep and live in units . One morning I went to my storage unit and a guy came out naked and the office staff told me the guy was harmless, but did not investigate or stop him from this behavior. They are not even going to refund me any monies for all the belongings that I lost, including clothing, towels and sheets for my business and etc. Don't waste your time, nor lose your items to rats and rodents. read more

This business is AWFUL. This location was previously a Storage West location. It changed to a CubeSmart and has been downhill ever since. I had multiple rate increases over the last year and the customer service is so poor. There are many options in the area for storage.... Trust me and do NOT choose this location. You will not be happy when your rate increases at least 2x/year. read more

This used to be called Storage West but CubeSmart took over - great experience! Mike and Gwen have been awesome and we never had any issues. They really do watch your stuff and I felt safe leaving my belongings with them for almost a year! I highly recommend them especially this location:) read more

This is the absolute best place I have ever used to store my belongings. It is very well maintained and gated with ac, elevator and moving carts that are always available. But that isn't the best part, the best part about this place is Mike. He runs it, is always available, and makes it his personal duty to ensure the comfortability safety of his customers. Even when I had a late payment of for some reason there was an issue with the card I had on file, I always, 100% of the time got a personal call from Mike asking if things were alright and what we needed to do to clear things up. Storage west was acquired by cubesmart. The first thing they did was raise my rate. I was recently at my storage space and tall weeds are growing in front of the units and place is definitely not the same. Mike and Gwen all took care of the facility and always seemed to know their customers. What is going on cubesmart? I assume Mije and Gwen are gone now because the place does not look the same. I see you have lowered rates for new customers while raising the rates for long term customers. Mike and Gwen were the best! Totally disappointing. read more

Very bad customer care reps! This facility was known as Storage West and was recently acquired by CUBE SMART. I was always extremely pleased with the service and dedication of the on-premise managers, Mike and Gwen. However, I am not receiving the same level of customer service from CUBE SMART. Their new accounting department is a mess. First month into their auto pay system and I have already been double-billed (on the same day). Their corporate office has denied doing so. My bank now has to submit a dispute. Something so simple as a credit back has become a huge deal. Their call center is horrible and only pass me around (if I can even get anyone on the phone). Too much time spent chasing around for no reason. If this is what I have to look forward to with the new ownership...Sorry...but I will be taking my business elsewhere and moving out. read more
