Not only that, but they are temperature controlled and incredibly secure. I've been storing stuff with them for years and have never had an issue. The only downside is they are only open until 6pm during most of the week, except Sunday's which they are open until 5pm, so you do need to get your storage items in-and-out during business hours. Other than that, they have dollies for you to use, locks you can purchase, and a video security system so everything is locked in and safe. I definitely recommend renting a unit at Inner Space Mini Storage if you are in need!

So, I drove over there and tried to get an answer about why this was happening. "Girl" at front desk didn't have a clue why $1 was still showing as open, even though I explained Yolanda told me what was due when I brought the check into the office. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this establishment. My neighbor told me they used to rent there but had their rental amount increased 3x in one year!! I'm going to move out.

A single key code of your choosing allows both property entry and cellar entry. Access to the property and cellar is available from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. The LED lighting in the locker area turns on and off automatically and can also be manually switched on or off. Lockers are available in two sizes: 3' x 3' and 4' x 3'. Each locker is approximately 3'7" high. You can buy a lock there or bring your own. As I have moved around the country, I have encountered several wine storage cellars over the years. I have stored with UHaul, Extra Space (dear god no!), and other small names (usually go with these..) and just like I wrote.. these "smaller" or lesser known/non-corporate big dawgs are usually the way to go! Extra space auctioned off illegally some sentimental items that I should sue for. Uhaul turned into a whole ordeal that was ridiculous. But this Tri-city Storage for my move across the country that I could not fit everything in my car for at last minute has been SO PLEASANT! They were amazingly nice for needing a unit last minute, then my stuff didn't fit (what a shock), so I needed another one. You'd think they would price gauge me like the other guys.. nope! Got a second one in no time, moved in late, was out late, it was THE ONE NIGHT it poured rain in Phoenix ugh! I got to utilize their complimentary moving truck WHAT A GODSEND! The employee(s) are so friendly and easy going. They have text reminders for payments. They aren't nazis about making payments if you forget. Uhaul charges hundreds of dollars plus interest if you are a Minute late. Seriously. Not here. You need to pay your bills, but they won't knock your door down if you are human. Which we all are! And being all the shit hit the fan on my 2,500 mile drive across country the last thing I needed to worry about was my stupid storage units with some of my most valuable things in them! I got rid of everything but my most valuable items so in my units are some seriously worthless but priceless to me items.. if anything happened to them I'd be devastated. While driving across country a semi dumped all its cargo right in front of me and cracked all my wheels while I had no choice but to run over it all. While this was happening did I want to hear about late storage bills or water damage or a break in?? No! Thank you tri city for being a fantastic storage facility and taking care of my stuff and having your shit together while I didn't! I'll be back soon to somehow haul all my crap across the country too - in the mean time I'm glad I can trust your facility to take care of my things and not be a**holes in the meantime My facility is on McKellips but I'm pretty sure they have quite a few in the valley, have been around for a while and actually belong to a large owner business but you'd never know because they act and operate like mom and pop owners.
