I have rented from CubeSmart before, but tried a different location on American Lane in Rockford, Illinois. The rates were a little bit better. I easily reserve the space, and same day went to visit the unit. Vanessa helped me get me all set up and she was awesome during the whole process. This is was first experience with any type of storage facility and the first time I stopped in for information Shane Bowen did an outstanding job explaining the process and showing me the different storage options. i did let him know how CubeSmart was on the higher end in rental fees and that may be the deal breaker and Shane went through how there is someone on this property every day of the week, the cameras on the property along with the fence around the property makes it very safe. Shane came across to be very sincere and I was sold. When my wife and I came in to get set up and unload, Shane was busy with other customers but Anthony Gore stepped up to get me started. Anthony explained the payment options including the convenient auto pay, which he set us up on, and then he explained about the moisture protection options. We went with the crystal buckets to give it a try. Overall My first experience went very well and i would like to thank both Shane and Anthony for that. Well Done!! B.
