How hard is it to run a storage locker?…read more Their auto-billing option costs $4 a month, and NOT ONE of the months I had it did they get around to actually doing the billing, meaning they locked me out of my own locker because they failed to do the auto-billing (they waived the $4 once this was pointed out - and acted like they were doing me some big favor in doing so!) Ridiculous. Even when they haven't bungled the billing, the condition of the doors has made it either impossible to get the door open or to get the door closed. To date, 4 of my 5 attempts to simply access my own stuff have been thwarted by neglect of some sort on their part. The one time I was able to get in and get out, I found my stuff near the door wet and had to toss my futon mattress. Moving this stuff out of there will cost me lots of money and grief, but I intend to as soon as I possibly can. I strongly recommend you comparison shop everywhere you possibly can in the area before sentencing yourself and your stuff to them.

We also went over the mileage predictions. On moving day, Joseph and Matt showed up with their truck and they busted their asses loading. I had everything pre-staged ready to go in about 40 boxes and they padded wrapped my furniture. They were done in just over an hour. Moving into my new place...just over an hour. Again, my old place although a 2300 sq/ft house had minimalist contents. The great news is Joseph's prediction on time and mileage was spot on and I had no damage to my possessions.
