My only problem was I haven't rented a storage unit in a long time come to find out there are a lot of fees that you don't find out until you get ready to pay You have an administration fee for the unit which includes a new lock with a new key chain for $25.00 you do get to keep the lock when you're done with the unit also on top of the rental fee each month you are charged $15.00 each month unless you have insurance to cover it. The very first thing the storage mall told me is i can access my things 24/7/365, its my stuff i can get to it whenever i please. And i was shown how to operate the door myself before i was even shown my unit. Excellent service and great building. Have had my stuff here for 8 months and counting.

We came back to find our stuff had been infested with rats from the facility. We had to throw away several large furniture items, including couches, plus a lot of our clothing and other things. I would not suggest storing your items here unless you have some written guarantee from them that the rat thing is under control. (Renter's insurance rarely, if ever, covers vermin and rodent damage, so we had to buy all new stuff at our own expense.) The manager was unapologetic to say the least.
