The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair. I paid.25 cents a mile and.25 cents a mile for gas and I had the rental truck from 11am until 5pm and my total cost was $8.50. That did absolutely nothing. Every time I visited, I could literally hear mice in the walls. There was no accountability, no resolution, and certainly no concern for the damage I experienced.
