Great customer service by all. From the customer service center to the site manager and employee. Their desire to help the customer is genuine. They are friendly and accommodating. The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair. I paid.25 cents a mile and.25 cents a mile for gas and I had the rental truck from 11am until 5pm and my total cost was $8.50. The great customer service, the great truck rental fee, plus the clean rental facility deserves 5 stars from me. I highly recommend! read more

DO NOT USE MINI PRICE STORAGE IN SHORT PUMP. Today, we, as paying customers were verbally abused by a group of other customers who were refusing to wear masks. They yelled violent slurs at us and made us feel very intimated. When reported to the office, we were again verbally abused by a member of this group IN FRONT OF two employees who did and said nothing to condem their actions. The employees also refused to enforce the VA state mask mandate and then asked US to leave the premises. It was mortifying and embarrassing. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Mini Price Storage! Barbra is just the most kind and helpful. I had never rented a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions, she took me to see a couple different sizes and answered all of my questions about the specifics. The value was fantastic too, and there was no issue with me renting for just two months like I needed (billing is month-to-month, no need to commit for a whole year). Easy to start and easy to end. Great customer service and very helpful!!! The facility is clean, well lit, and cool (no extra cost for climate control). You get half off moving supplies and best of all a truck to use for move in!!! The prices are comparable to others but you get so much more with Mini Price. Would definitely recommend. It was so HOT during my move in they even offered water...Nice. read more

I highly recommend this storage facility for your needs! We discovered these guys last spring when searching for an alternate facility for summer storage for our son while attending university in Richmond. This team were so pleasant, professional and very accommodating. The process was complete hassle free and in a timely manor. The facility spotless, climate controlled temperature just right and it even smelled fresh! Yes I admit it helps this location is a new facility! Pricing was much more reasonable than other places and made the drive to Short Pump worth it.
