Absolutely unbelievable. Paid for a storage unit and when I gave all required documents to rent the truck, I was told they could not because my drivers license indicates I am the fourth, but my vehicle registration does not. I was advised to go to the DMV and have them update. So a registration that a law enforcement officer would accept isn't good enough for a private sector company? Why do you even need a registration to rent a vehicle? Horrible service and absurd policy. Update: they called a few times today. Not to try to make the situation right, but rather to explain why a document that would be accepted by law enforcement or admissible in court is not sufficient for a rental through this private sector establishment. I will never give a dime to this company and advise anyone I know to do the same. As a Marine Veteran who served this country overseas in combat deployments, I'm beyond offended. read more

Employees such as Dillon and Tanya in the Virginia Beach facility have given me an incredible experience that one can never forget. Mini Price is a great place to store your stuff. They offer an array of unit sizes & all are at reasonable prices. In addition, they offer you the use of the truck free...well almost (.50/mile), which is still great compared to the other truck rental companies. All in all, a place that is clean, temperature control and priced well. Great facility if you need storage space. read more

Real nice place to store small things. It has 3 floors and elevators. If one has large items to store and move in and out that is a negative. It has a loading dock but units can't be accessed directly. If one doesn't mind being on the second or third floor it's a real nice place. Very secure and clean read more

Ample storage space, use of truck for move in and only paid for gas/mileage usage, can't be beat. I've recommended to others I know who were thinking about storage space. Customer service is good too, on the phone and the people at the facility's office are very helpful. There is also a bathroom in the office for customer use, which has come in handy. Rolling dollies are there for customer use to help transport your belongings to and from your unit. Parking can get congested at times, but I guess more and more people use storage now. First payment I made was in cash, the second payment I attempted to make was also cash but the employee told me they do not accept cash that the payment had to debit card or money order. Second I quoted a price of $40 for first month rental and second month free, when I attempted to go to my unit they had locked it and told me I owed full month rental fee which is $91. So although I was told to have a promotion they only honored half. The unit are clean that's the only good thing. No need to get a quote because in the end they will not honor it. I called and the only thing they said was they'll look into it I haven't heard from anyone. read more
