We ran into some issues (there were issues before, but they had escalated due to lack of enough supervision) and I kept calling to check on the status on the waiting list. Thank the good Lord that we were able to start taking our son here. I love the photos I get throughout the day assuring me he is cared for well. He is still adjusting as he is crying during drop off AND pick up :). But once you enter the place you can see that it is clean and inviting. Ms. Jenna and the director Ms. Andrea have been phenomenal with answering questions and they are both just so sweet. You can tell they love what they do (the day of the tour they both were decked out for St. Patty's lol) The facility itself is very roomy with big classrooms. I like also the little porch area they have for the kids to still be able to play outside or get fresh air even if it were to rain a bit or be too hot to go all the way out without the cover of a roof. It's a gated porch and each classroom has their own so the kids are secured. My son is learning many things here already and I can't wait until he starts being able to vocalize more his new knowledge.

My oldest son attended the ACL school age program during Christmas break and summer for three years. I cannot say enough good things about ACL -- our family has many very sweet memories of our time there. One of the features that distinguishes ACL from other child care facilities is that the owner pays her employees well and there is very little turn over there. The teachers (God bless them) work there because they love kids and they have the patience of saints (if my life depended on it I don't think I could manage even a day in charge of a classroom full of two year olds, but these ladies make it look easy and fun). Each teacher that we came into contact with took the time to really get to know my boys -- even though my twins look exactly alike, they were always treated like the individuals that they are. When they were three, one of my sons needed some medical tests in Dallas and I was stunned when his teacher spent the weekend driving all over town to find him a stuffed bulldog (his favorite animal at the time) to cuddle with during his test. During the year my boys were in the pre-K room our family went through a divorce and the teachers were such a big help in providing my boys the stability and TLC that they needed through that difficult transition. The hair salon was a great feature -- all you have to do is leave payment at the front desk in the morning and when you pick up your child at the end of the day they have a fantastic hair cut. The swimming pool was great too -- the daily time in the pool during the summer time went a long way toward my boys developing a love for water. The summer school age camp was super -- every day was filled with field trips, fun crafts, time in the pool and games. My boys still reminisce about summers at ACL -- especially the weekly visits from the snow cone truck. As far as I'm concerned, the only downside of ACL is that the food is kind of junky -- white bread, juice drinks, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and processed cheese are all featured prominently on the menu. I did find, however, that the staff was good about abiding by my request that my boys be served the healthier options and given water instead of juice drinks. The bottom line is that I recommend ACL wholeheartedly.

Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here.
