The waitress told me right away that she was running behind, not something you want to know, then came back when I was done to ask me how my food was. I prefer to be asked with in 2-3 min after my food arrives. I was a waitress and this seems to not be a rule much anymore. When I asked for a to go container she gave me something that the grits would have spilled right through as I stated they were pretty thin.
