Like every other food joint in Los Lunas...starts out great and quickly goes to crap. The pizza is not horrible but the service is beyond bad. Went in to get two pizzas I ordered online and upon getting both, I noticed they were slathered in garlic butter (I put "NO GARLIC BUTTER" on the order for both). I told the girl that they had garlic on them. She says...it doesn't say that on the ticket... I don't give a crap what your ticket says...my app order says "No Garlic". So I made them remake both...so now another 30 minutes waiting. I don't understand why young (Millennials) folks in customer service have to attempt to argue everything...especially when they are wrong. All she had to say was "Oh I'm sorry about that; the ticket didn't print right. We will remake it right away." Then I would be leaving a totally positive review. I can tell you this: I would have been better off getting a frozen pizza from Walmart. I ordered a medium NY-style pizza. They used a concentrated Pizza sauce; they don't water it down, so it's like eating tomato paste. I know this from being a Cook in the Navy for 10 years and managing other pizza restaurants I will not name. Save yourself the money, go buy a $5 pizza at Walmart, you'll get better quality than at this Domino's. read more

This store ripped me off. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 salads and two orders of lava cakes. They called me to advise they only had one salad in the place. Ordered ahead on the app at 2:30 for a 5:30 curbside pickup time. Arrived at 5:30, called inside as directed that I had arrived with vehicle description as requested. . Waited 5 minutes and and employee came to the car and asked my name. Wife made the order so she called and initially was told they did not have her order, she must have ordered from another location. In fact she was told several times " I'm telling you we don't have your order". When my wife asked to speak to a manager, which she was never able to do she was finally told , ok your order is ready. Waited 15 minutes on two pizzas with burnt ingredients that were ordered 3 hours ahead. NEVER AGAIN. Back to locally owned Goodfellas pizza. read more

Tried calling several times. No answer. Drove to the store and walked in to place my order. 2 workers were inside. Phone rang a few times but no one cared to answer it. Finally one worker went over and turned the ringer off. A burnt pizza came out of the oven. One worker told the other to re-make it. After a short discussion they decided not to re-make it. My pepperoni pizza was severely under meated. I counted 14 pepperoni slices. The loaded tater tots were DEFINITELY not loaded. The chicken was almost burned. Very not happy with the food. I have ordered many a pizza from this location and once again they put "green chili peppers" (their words not mine) instead of green peppers. There is a HUGE difference between the two. After a day of driving I was bushed. Too tired to read the menu, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had a veggie pizza. He said yes, so I ordered. Then I thought to ask him what was on it. He went through the list of toppings, some of which I didn't like...but again I was tired and decided to just "go" with it. Truly, it was the best veggie pizza I've ever eaten! All of the ingredients complimented each other and thankfully I didn't strip it down. Had it not been a Friday during Lent, I would have ordered meat toppings - as much I could get - the only pizza my husband likes; yet he too approved of the Veggie. Will definitely order again. As I was waiting for my pizza to be done I saw employee walk outside wearing gloves. She went in and out twice gave what appeared to be her family members food. I paid close attention because again she was wearing gloves. She used the handle to open the door the same handle everyone else grabs. I went inside to make sure that she switched her gloves before she handled my food or any ones food for that matter. Not only did she not changed her gloves she put her hand on the Yeast. She then handled my pizza and I clearly saw her push my garlic bread with her hand. When she gave me my food I told her what I had witness and it was very unsanitary. Her response with an attitude was " I didn't touch your food !" Well you didn't changed your gloves either. She asked if I wanted my order redone but honestly why would I want it redone after what I saw. If this is what they do in front of you imagine what they do behind your back. I order from this location all the time because it's cheap and convenient. Those are the pros. The cons: The service has never been top notch. I walked in one day and they said someone had already came and picked up my order... so I had to wait for them to remake it. They are always slammed, makes sense. The reason i decided to write a review though was because last night I received my pizza and one slide had no toppings what so ever. No cheese, no sauce just a slice of bread. How is that even possible? And they still decided to deliver that to my house SMH. Good news was they arrived before the expected delivery time of 60-75. This place sucks now that they've got a new manager! Michael Swaner is the absolute worst person I've ever met at this store. Along with the assistant manager that lied to me, Brianna Miles. This store is run by assholes now and it's really unfortunate. The food that comes out of this place is constantly messed up. They used to be a good store.
