This is for the hwy 47 location. I ordered a special that was online but since I didn't pay online the special was jacked up $6.00. Some special huh well I called the store and was brushed off by the employee. He gave me the managers phone number and he must've texted him immediately because when I called Jacob Montano the manager he had my order already pulled up. I sent him what my online price was online. He brushed me off too. Everyone I spoke to was rude. I was told to call the phone number that was online which of course it is a disconnected number. What ever happened to being "POLITE"? I would've liked sorry ma'am I will look into it and maybe a future discount. I was told I should take my business elsewhere. They aren't the only pizza restaurant in town so I will take it elsewhere. read more

Service has gone downhill in the last couple of months. Ordered through the app tonight and pizza sat in quality check for 10 minutes before the driver took it. We live about a mile from this location and the driver drove past our street to deliver another order. When we finally got our pizza it had been out of the oven for at least 30 minutes, was cold and tasted like cardboard. 3rd strike, you're out. We are done with Domino's in Los Lunas. read more

Very unappealing when I walk in to pick up my order and no one is wearing gloves when making the food.

If I could give negative "Stars", I would. Having just moved here (new home / housing development), we were exhausted and decided to get pizza. We placed our order and waited. 1.5 to 2 hours later, I called to find out where the order was. They told me it was cancelled because the road was closed. Mind you I have seen Dominoes cars drive passed me in the development before. So much for carry out insurance and customer satisfaction. Won't be doing business with Dominoes again. read more

Ordered online and got the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with no cheese. Got delivered a sandwich of shame. Barely had any veggies on it. Mostly bread. Called to ask to have it remade, talk to a manager and said they "weigh out the toppings". I think they need to rethink in the weighed amount of toppings. They all pull together and help us out when we have to take in hungry children, with a free pizza for the child! Fermin as well as the rest of the staff at the Los Lunas Dominos are extremely professional. Domino's pizza has helped us out so many times when others in the community refuse to help. PLEASE USE THIS FRANCHISE AND SUPPORT A TEAM THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY. I wish I could show you the looks on our kiddos faces when they receive their very own pizza! My husband was craving a pizza and so we decided to order a deluxe pizza. The ingredients are suppose to be Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, and Cheese. We ordered a medium size for just 2 people and got a large. So apparently they don't know the difference between the two sizes that they sell. Now lets go into what we got as far as the ingredients. All of the ingredients were so sparse that we at first thought they gave us the wrong pizza. When we looked at the description of what was suppose to be in from the menu it was all there, but in name only. If they were trying to cut costs they sure succeeded, because there was hardly any ingredients. So if you are looking for a sparse pizza then this is your place. I just started to love this dominoes the people and the atmosphere. I will never return there again. One day I went there after a long day at work, my husband and I had been working nonstop. We were hungry along with our 2 sons. Not to mention, it was extremely hot that day. I didn't want to pass by just to have to drive back down again so I stopped and we sat in front of the place long enough for me to order online, when I looked up the next thing I knew there was a police car pulling up and turning on there lights. They asked us if we were ok and that someone had called and said she thought were passed out in the car. My husband and I were having a conversation how could we possibly looked passed out. Not cool Chelsea aka the Manager. I think we deserve 2 medium meatzza featzza pizza and a drink and desert. For a month. Maybe lifetime free pizza because I was starting a new realization of how good their pizzas were. Mmmmm awwww how sad read more
