The staff are always very polite and helpful. This is my favorite WIC Office because they are always really fast and efficient and follow all the new COVID19 rules for social distancing, sanitation, and mask requirements making this place safe for you and your children. What makes it more convenient is that the Mother's Nutritional Center is right next door! Give this place a try and you won't regret it, I promise!

Because of that, I gave this place many chances, hopeful that the receptionists and management would get it together, but unfortunately there is a pattern of poor communication between the front desk and very poor customer service. I called the next day and was able to connect to someone who was not sure why no one had responded to my previous messages of the past few weeks. I was 5 min early to my second appointment but they did not take me in until 15 min after my scheduled time. My third appointment I arrived on time but they are out to lunch from 1-2 everyday. They over scheduled and had 7 people waiting for two therapists/aides. The main therapists appear to be very knowledgeable and did help with my leg injury. They gave good advice and what appeared to be an accurate diagnosis. Overall I would say it's good care with poor logistics.

PA Oliver helped us out and I definitely recommend him to any parents looking for an empathetic provider. He listened to my complaints, examined all of my daughter's eczema spots and immediately submitted a request for a referral. I am beyond happy considering her last two pediatricians couldn't be bothered to send us to a derm and allergist after a year of seeing them. Even after seeing how bad her skin gets. I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits.
