Upstairs cut out with drink trays alike the railing so you can look down on the stage. A lot like Union transfer but smaller. Sound system is really great. I'd love to see a band here. We booked a reservation for 4 nights and chose to pay the premium price for this hotel due to the beautiful restaurant onsite and the location. We were excited for our stay. When we arrived we learned they were under construction. There was no food onsite for the duration of our stay - which was 1) not communicated ahead of the stay and 2) very inconvenient for my husband who was working all day from the hotel and would have preferred to take short lunch breaks at the onsite restaurant. This was half the reason for us booking. If that was the extent of it, I would've chalked it up as just bad communication and taken the loss. However, When we arrived they were actively painting the ceiling by the elevators and in order to reach our room, we had to step on the drop cloth covered in paint and navigate past the men on ladders. I got paint on my shoes and paint dripped on my arm on the way to elevator. We stayed on floor 10 and the entire floor had been recently painted and the walls were lined with plastic. I'm pregnant and the paint fumes were overwhelming and gave me a headache to the point where I ended up staying with a friend locally while my husband stayed at our hotel. The banging went on night and day and it made his working experience very tough as well. This absolutely should have been communicated as this environment was dangerous for a pregnant woman and just very uncomfortable for folks in general. I'm really disappointed in Hilton and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend due to the high price and terrible communication and unwillingness to shut down for renovations and instead inconvenience your guests.

Great staff and very nice, accommodating when I had a last second "GI emergency" and needed to run in and out. This is a complex of spaces that is used for traveling shows, Broadway type productions, and special events, pretty extensive and flexible looking space. The area around the theater seemed sketchy from superficial appearance after dark, I took ride share to/from, but I could be wrong since I'm just visiting.

The harbor views are beautiful and vast, and the signage within the observation area talk about all the neighborhoods and give a history of Baltimore. There's even a small section dedicated to honor the memories of Marylanders lost in the 9/11 attack. Pricing is very reasonable at just $8 per person, and the elevator ride to the top is quick.

Pricing is only 8 dollars for each adult which is a great price to go up to the 27th floor of the World Trade Center. There are four different sides of the building with written panels explaining what landmarks and buildings are out in that direction. The views are spectacular. They also have tributes to those from Maryland who perished in the World Trade Center in New York on 9-11. There are also several panels listing movies filmed in Baltimore and famous people from Maryland.

Everything was amazing. Ashley Murphy our contact for the club, was great with assisting setting everything up for us. We had no issues with parking, unlike last year, due to multiple events being held that evening, everyone loved the food, and the onsite Coordinator Antoine was a great help. I know we had a few guests who didn't RSVP and weren't on the official list I gave you, but Antoine was flexible and was able to fit them in. And the view of the harbor was AMAZING!!!!!
