He also apologized for the damage to my sports coat and fully compensated me for it allowing me to buy a new one to replace it. That is very much appreciated. It took some perseverance on my part but in the end, I was satisfied with the way they corrected the problem.

The employee saw me and completely ignored me! She looked up twice and saw me and proceeded to ignore that I was there. She helped 2 other customers with drop offs that arrived after me. I proceeded to park my car and I had to go into the building in order for her to help me. I had my dog with me and that is why I was going to the car pick up lane. There was no notice or posted sign that the car pick up lane was closed. So, I walked into the business with my dog in tow. The employee was so rude and not nice. Will NEVER return. Actually, the only really bad experience I've had with a cleaners. I had issues with just about every order of shirts. Whether it was snags on my shirts, spots I hadn't seen before, poorly pressed, you name it. They have the press way too hot and it makes the shirts as stiff as cardboard around your wrists. I really wanted it work with these guys so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they lost 2 of my shirts, including a brand new custom shirt. When I brought it up, the owner insisted he didn't have it. I noticed that mentality from the beginning. They are always quick to blame you instead of having the "customer is always right" mentality. I told him I would check my house but I was positive I didn't have those shirts. It took me SEVERAL weeks of stopping by and asking about them until they found them. NO apology from them or signs of remorse. This is my first Yelp review ever. Want to make sure you don't have this happen to you! ***Update*** So, three months later, I've switched to another cleaners and I've had no issues. I noticed that Rebecca M.'s experience from her review below was very similar to mine. I noticed that the owner responder to her review and mentioned he replaced the counter help. Well, I was dealing directly with the owner. After blaming me and insisting he didn't have my shirts, he found them after I went by several times and was not apologetic. I'm not saying I needed an apology but surprised he didn't give one after wasting so much of my time and falsely accusing me.

I literally turned around and grabbed my stuff from a different cleaner near my house that supposedly had stellar ratings on Google because they couldn't give me a date or price and drove almost an hour to and from this cleaner so that I had peace of mind.

When they lost $100 pants I accepted it, especially when they said they had no way to track it. Then when they lost a $400 jacket, that was it. And they didn't care, just made excuses. Don't use them
