I can tell it's a family run business, and it takes a good hearted family to make a business run smoothly. Time and time and again, Bay Oaks comes through and delivers excellent service. I've been coming to this Cleaners for some time, the staff is always SO nice and helpful. They call you by name which is nice. Your clothes are put right in the vehicle for you when going through the convenient drive through. I've never had an issue here, service and cleaning is great! read more

If you have an amount of clothes to bring to this cleaners. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM! They lose your clothes even your belts. They DONT know how to keep up with peoples belonging. Nor my boyfriend was ever given a receipt of all of our stuff! Now I'm missing my $135 Calvin Klein jumpsuit also with my belt on my other dress. I'm beyond livid! If I could rate them 0 on them I would! But rating one is enough. read more

Worst dry cleaning experience ever! They lost a silk sash that was attached to the dress that I had dry cleaned and then turned around and blamed it on me for not removing the sash even though they never told me I needed to when I brought it in. Worst of all, the store owner had the audacity to yell at me and tell me to get out because he didn't feel like dealing with it and just didn't want to hear anything about it. This is the only dry cleaning place that I go to in Clear Lake. Very convenient location and excellent customer service. I have never had an issue. The price is also fair. I usually go to clean my work clothes, and for a shirt and pant, it is only $4! read more

Had to change my review because although they were nice and very accommodating when I was dropping off my items for dry cleaning, their work isn't good. First of all, the pants came back with tears on both of them. It didn't look like they really cleaned it and it wasn't pressed properly. I wanted to give them a try despite the previous bad reviews from other people because their store is really close to my place. But, to the future customers, BEWARE. Find a better dry cleaning place. Also, they won't return your hangers or your suit covers. If you ask them about it, they'll just brush it off and say "Well, it's not here." What kind of service is that? read more

We've been using this cleaner for 2 years and the quality and service were great. In the last 3 months, the dress shirts were shrunken and the dry cleaning did not get the stains and pressed properly. After having to point out the issues three times on one order, we are looking for another cleaner. read more

Awful place to bring your clothes, they lose your stuff and give you someone else's clothes! And to make it worse my new shirts came back faded, stained and missing the ornaments they had!!! They didn't take responsibility when they had been clearly stolen as there was no sign of force and they were ALL missing. Horrible people, don't waste your money here. read more

Dropped off my clothes without doing a item check...well I returned to get my clothes and they lost four pair of my jeans. I had to keep calling and finally after two days I was asked to them time to do inventory, sorry! I will never use this place again and only used It because it was same day. BEWARE!!!! Taught me a lesson! Check your clothes before you leave them in the care of people who could care less. They lost 5 expensive pieces of clothing and all the manager could say is, check your clothes before you leave and we can't do anything other than that. I went through their convenient drive thru, the clothes were put in the back of my car! Guess the convenience was pricier than I expected! Btw when I returned to retrieve the "lost" clothes, another customer who did check their returned clothes was standing there waiting on them to find the rest of his load. This is the second time they lost my clothes. The first time they sent them home with someone else, who returned them 3 weeks later after realizing they weren't theirs. This time they lost 2 pair of pants and 3 shirts. Over 6 weeks, hoping for the same to occur, I asked for the owner or manager to call every time I dropped off or picked up clothes. Nothing. Ever. Finally I got the manager when picking up clothes. She said she never called because she got conflicting stories from my wife (never called), a female employee and a male employee. Ok -- great customer service -- don't talk to the person whose clothes you lost! She gave me $30 per article. I thought things were fine till I went to drop off dry cleaning yesterday. "We won't accept your business any longer." SERIOUSLY? Too bad. They finally stopped slamming the steamers down and breaking the buttons they didn't fix before they sent them home. You got to find that out after you unwrapped them. Real attention to basic detail there. Not. That's fine. Crappy customer service, lost clothes, etc. I'll take my stuff to another business that's happy to have mine. read more

I'm very pleased with the service. They were able to get huge caked on old mud stains on the back of a formal dress of mine that I had packed away without knowing the mud was on it. And all for a reasonable cost. read more

Good cleaners and very well priced. I even left some cuff links in a shirt and they called and let me know and held them for me. That was above and beyond. They have also made my shirts look fantastic and use the correct amount of starch. read more

This is the BEST dry cleaners to ever exist in Houston and I have been to A LOT of dry cleaners in the Houston area. I put my whole trust in them with my clothes because 1) they know how dry clean 2) I have never gotten my clothes harmed in any way. For all the negative reviews on this place, those people need to evaluate themselves on how they TREAT employees or remember how many clothing articles they brought there to clean. Took my blouse for dry cleaning, instead they laundered it and shrank the blouse. The receipt clearly showed i asked for dry cleaning, however, the owner refused to correct the situation. This was not the first time they damaged our clothes. They don't take responsibility for their poor service! read more
