I walked in without a line, dropped off my suit and 2 shirts for dry cleaning, gave them my name (which they had on file for an order I did before) and walked out within a couple minutes. I asked for the total price, they gave it to me. I asked when it could be picked up, they told me tomorrow. This is how dry cleaners should work, guys. I literally turned around and grabbed my stuff from a different cleaner near my house that supposedly had stellar ratings on Google because they couldn't give me a date or price and drove almost an hour to and from this cleaner so that I had peace of mind.

But today, I got back home and found a huge stain (see pic) on my brand new jeans that I have not yet even worn! :( How could they miss this stain that they added to my brand new unworn jeans?!?! :( I would go back to the cleaners now but they close soon. I'm currently trying to get the stain out myself. If the stain comes out, then I will delete this review. If the stain does not come out, I'm returning to the cleaners to see if they can get the stain out. If they get the stain out, then I will update the review and up the stars. Update (Aug 13, 2023): I had gone back to TC Quality Cleaners the next day after calling the day I picked up my ruined jeans. After pointing out all the stains they added, they replied that I should have washed the brand new jeans instead of dry-cleaning. They also said that brand new, colored jeans have some sort of oil on them and should not be dry-cleaned. I would have felt better with a simple apology for not noticing they added dark spots, instead of pointing the finger back at me. They took the jeans and told me to come back 3 days later. When I returned, most of the dark black spots were not that noticeable anymore. They were very faded. But I also noticed some newer faded spots were added. The jeans do look a little bit better in certain lighting.

I totally agree with the last customer's comment... so it's not just me. I noticed that every time I brought in an item that has a stain on it, it will come back the same way except that it's ironed. Fed up, I took all my uncleaned stuff back after having paid for them to be cleaned and asked them to either reclean them or refund my money so I can take them else where. The owner then looked me up in the computer and saw that I only been there twice this year, so he told me, "if you are not happy with the service, you don't have to come back here." We don't need your business, he said, "since you are not a regular customer anyway." Sometimes, we do things out of habit, ie go back to the same bad business etc because it's convenient...and get inferior service. But I won't put up w/ rudeness, and the attitude of " I don't need you, because this is my cleaner." Well, guess what Mr Bay Oaks cleaner, if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have a cleaner.... might want to clean up your high and mighty attitude, otherwise, you will be on the street, joining the rest of the umemployment we currently have in the US. read more
