I've used these guys for almost six years now. I don't use them often, maybe every couple of months. Just don't have a lot of clothes that require dry cleaning. Every time I have taken something here I have gotten it back when promised and cleaned properly. They even have a very convenient drive up. I've heard good reviews about this place, so I decided to stop by and drop off some dry cleaning at their Pearland location in the Kroger shopping complex. I was about to head off to New York in a few days, and came in and asked when I would be able to get my dry cleaning back if I were to drop them off. They told me they would arrive by the day before I left so I decided to drop off my clothes to them. When I came back on the designated day in the afternoon (around 3:30 PM), they told me I had to wait until 5:30 PM, so I went nearby to the Drink Station and chilled until 5:30 PM. When I came back to the dry cleaners again, they told me that my dry cleaning wasn't ready because of my pieces wasn't pressed yet and that if I wanted to pick up my clothes, I would have to drive all the way to their main building next to Dobie High School. Three things I got annoyed at: 1) I specifically asked if my dry cleaning would be ready in time because of my flight and the lady told me it would. She provided me false information because it was not ready. If I had known it would not be ready, I would've just done my dry cleaning in New York (originally I wasn't going to go dry clean here because my clothes weren't too dirty but since the prices here were so cheap compared to NY I decided to go ahead and dry clean them in Pearland). 2) The lady told me to wait an extra 2 hours and so I did, only for me to come back and find out my dry cleaning wasn't there. She wasted my time and had I known it would not be in the Kroger location earlier, I would've just driven to the main building much earlier because at 5:30 PM, it was raining and pouring like crazy outside. 3) The main location was 20 minutes away (it took 30 minutes because of the huge rainstorm that was happening at the time), and I had to pick it up myself due to lack of communication from the management. When I finally got there, all I got was store credit from only one of the dry cleaning items out of the 5 pieces I dropped off, when I felt as if I shouldn't have had to pay for the dry cleaning at all because I had to go drive all the way there when I was told it would be ready by this day, and it was not (plus I wasted 2 additional hours waiting). Plus, when I finally did pick up my dry cleaning at the Dobie High School location, I noticed white powder residue on one of my clothing items. I also found out that the reason my items weren't delivered on time was because one of my clothing items was split colored and they had to be more careful on the dry cleaning, so they delayed my whole dry cleaning. Had the lady told me about the potential time delay with this dress to begin with, I wouldn't have dry cleaned it but there was a lack of communication from her to me. This place is truly a hit or miss. They dry cleaned my brother's suit and it was very well done but then my experience was less than ideal due to the lack of communication evident between the main office and the satellite locations and the unfinished job they did with one of my dresses. They do offer really cheap prices ($5.99 to dry clean a two piece suit), so I might go here again in the future and update my review if they do a better job. However, I am very disappointed with my first time experience with them for the stress they caused me. read more

I have gotten my dry cleaning done here for many years. I'd occasionally have problems with my returned clothes but it was not a big deal to me, until recently. I found most of my silk items ruined by chemical stains and my $1,000 leather jacket completely ruined. One sleeve was burnt and the other was left normal. When I went to the dry cleaners to tell the owner, he told me that there was nothing he could do because it was over 30 days ago (2 months ago) and I couldn't prove that it was them. I have not worn the jacket many times and the only way that damage could have been done is if I put my sleeve over a fire. I always want to support local businesses but that was the last time I trust this place. I gave them a chance to fix their mistake only to be told I couldn't prove it. Poor business etiquette. They also own the Elite Lube & Brake Center - I wouldn't trust that either. read more

I brought a half dozen uniform shirts, an overcoat, blazer, and two pair of uniform pants here. The uniform shirts came out looking pretty horrible. Wrinkles around the pockets, pressed in wrinkles in the back, collars were poorly pressed, and the sleeves weren't pressed at all. I'm not asking for military creases, but pressing the cuffs of the shirt is not an unreasonable expectation. Their laundering and pressing service is not worth it--It'll take me twice as long to get the wrinkles out of these shirts than if I had just ironed them myself. I didn't expect them to be great, but they are actually really poorly done. I'll either find a competent cleaner, or I will start doing my own shirts. The blazer smelled as if they needed to change their dry cleaning fluid as well. read more

I have taken my clothes here ever since they opened. Never had a problem with my clothes. They blew my mind when I went to pick up my clothes and they handed me an envelope that contained money I had left in my pants pocket. The people are polite and always smile. **CONSUMER BEWARE *** DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! I brought a highend RL garment here for a simple spot (size of a quarter) clean. Upon picking my garment up I brought to their attention the multitude of dark chemical stains all over my garment that were not there when I brought it in and had been put there during their cleaning process. When I asked the front desk employee to tell me what it was all over rmy dress she confirmed that they were indeed chemical stains. They agreed to try and get them out. Upon my return to pick up my dress after 4 unaucvessful cleaning attempts the owner asked me "to do him a favor " and take my RL dress back to the high end department store I bought it from and tell them it's a defective fabric piece. Are you kidding me sir?????? I didn't bring the dress in her with those stains and I fully expect to receive my cleaned piece without them when I pick it up. If you are the professional you claim to be then I expect you to know how to clean my garment without damaging it!!!! At this point and after 4 unsuccessful cleaning attempts, the owner is claiming no accountability (even though his employees say and confirm otherwise) and no responsibility and refuses to reimburse me my $81 for ruining my garment.
