I had a sheduled delivery with Canadian water and no one showed after getting the run around for two weeks I turned to FB and asked my neighbors who else they might use. I was told to try out Kool Kidz, I called on a Friday and they would be in my area that Monday. No account set up required I purchased 2 bottles distilled water, the bottles are yours but they replace them when you need a refill. Prices I feel are great, water is delivered straight to my door. The customer service is great, not that i've had any issues but they answered each time I called and got my order correct each time. Always friendly voices on the other end of the phone. I am so glad I found them, I much rather help a local business that the distributor for Canadian Waters, DSS is a nightmare.

His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future.
