Not impressed! If anyone can refer me to a better water company I would greatly appreciate it! They never delivered when they were scheduled to, no one called to tell me, I had to call to find out it was rescheduled for a WEEK later! Absolutely terrible company. I moved from Midland over 2 years ago and I am still battling collection companies from equipment they did not pick up when I sold my home. There is now no working phone number for the Midland office and all I can do is send letters to the collection companies, all the while the false debt is hurting my credit. I am running out of options, whatever you do don't use these crooks! There is no way what they do to their customers is legal. If there were negative stars I choose them! read more

6 months later, I'm being charged for bottles that they refused to pick up. They have sent it to a collection agency. I set the bottles out on my front porch for over a month and nobody ever showed up to pick them up. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

I cancelled service and scheduled them to pickup the bottles. They picked up 7 bottles and left me 3 more. The Midland office has terrible service, delivery and customer service. Go with someone else if you have an option! I've had issues since starting service with this office. read more

I started service on March 21, 2020. When he came to deliver on the 25th, I was told they were out of the cooler I had selected but he would return with in the "next couple of days" with my cooler. So just 3- 5 gallons jugs of water was left. I've called with no update. I called April 6 to change my next delivery on the 8th because I still had my water from the first delivery with no cooler. She apologized and stated she had changed it to cooler only. On the 8th about 3:30 pm I receive an email stating that my delivery wouldn't be until the 9th. 9th came and ONLY water was delivered. Tried calling several times. Finally just called the 1-800 number. I was then told that the Midland store was not in fact experiencing any shortages. But he couldn't contact anyone in that branch but did leave voice messages and emails for them to call me. All while my account is being charged the fee for the cooler and now the unnecessary water. Lets wait and see how long I put up with this before just cancelling my services. read more

I have to constantly check my delivery tickets to make sure they mark the correct information for what they deliver. Then they don't deliver what I request on my orders. If we had another choice in Midland, I would switch in a heartbeat. They are horrible and just can't get anything correct unless you leave them notes and treat them like children. I don't need to be their mother too. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I am a new customer and can not get my water delivered. I have been given EVERY excuse possible but get sent to an Atlanta call center who apologized and "promises" to contact supervisor and have the next day. This goes on for weeks at a time! Absolutely horrible !!!! They missed my delivery on two consecutive days and then tell me they can't do anything about it and I'll have to wait another week for my next scheduled delivery ! And yes I can can go fill my own damn water bottles but but then what the hell I'm I paying them for ! Absolutely lazy worthless excuse for a company . Customer service is terrible. It is routed through a call center and you cannot talk to anybody locally that is actually delivering water. I called on a Monday and ordered extra water using the touch tone phone system. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. When no one showed up on Wednesday I called and was told there was no record of the order. I was told that the soonest they could get out was on Friday to deliver 1 bottle and that 2 would be delivered on Monday our regular delivery date. When no one had shown up by 3:00 on Friday I called and was told they would send a message to the driver to contact me but they had no local number that I could call. I never received a call. The water was not delivered. I called Monday Morning and was told that it would be delivered that day and that they would send a message to the driver to call me. At 3:00 I called to tell them no water was delivered. I was told they would send a message to the manager. Again no call. The water was not delivered. Tuesday morning I call and am told it has been rescheduled for Tuesday and that they would send a message for the manager to call. I have still not received a call from anybody. I decided to switch to a different company. What I don't understand is that even after telling them I was considering canceling the service the last two times I talked to them, I still could not even get a call. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they tell you they are going to deliver your water on a date and don't call to tell you they can't make the delivery while you set out empty bottles. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS, I would! Since the beginning, the customer service has been the absolute worst. My nightmare story is too long to even write in this review but in a nutshell, I moved from an apartment where I had 3 total deliveries. 3 months after I moved (which was months after my last delivery), they started delivering a total different order and charging me for it, when I never ordered anything, much less different from any order I ever placed. I'm STILL dealing with getting these charges removed, months later and can't get anyone local to help or even answer the phone. I've had to call the 800 # at least 10 times and tell my story even more to even get someone to listen or try to help me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Water came very sporadically. We were charged for 20 bottles and only had four. Very unhappy with this service. And the manager will not come to the phone and another employee hung up on me. read more
