Brian is always super responsive anytime we contact him to exchange filters and has always stopped by to check on the systems when he happened to be in the area. Didn't want to part with our water systems when we moved so just had them move it about 30miles across town and installed in our new home. They also just fixed lots of pipe issues in our new home and installed a new water heater for us at a very reasonable price.
