They tried for about 5 minutes and said it couldn't be done. So they just left I had to return the fridge! They had also told me I would have to hook up the water supply. Well, not at Bill's! They did a perfect job! The salesman was friendly and informative and the delivery guys were amazing!! They had to work at it, but they were very smart and experienced (and funny too). They got the old refrigerator out and perfectly installed my new one plus a new dishwasher. They really know exactly what they're doing. What a relief! This is the place to go for appliances. We found the bolts and the specialized retaining spaces in the owners manual bag. At least the installer did not discard them. After watching several Asko sponsored instructional videos online last evening I secured the dishwasher as the installation professional neglected to do. He was very polite and respectful while in my home, even wearing protective shoe covers. He arrived at 8:00am as scheduled and spent 2 hours completing a "Home Diagnostic Inspection" which included examining all my hot water heaters and ALL plumbing fixtures throughout my home which I was not expecting. He then presented me with a service plan at $60 per month for a maintenance plan which gave me a discount on future services (10%) and a 50% discount on the service call fee of $119.00. He also gave me a bid on replacement cost for several faucets which I felt was a little bit higher than I was willing to pay. He said I could buy my own parts but the installation charge would be higher. I told him "Thank you but no thank you". He gave me a bid for the removal and installation of the 'Insinkerator' instant hot water dispenser that I had already purchased. The bid was extremely higher than I ever expected! But, the technician was here and I wanted it done, however I only elected to have ONE faucet replaced which made the price go up! Long story short, I was charged $815.36 for the installation which took One Hour and Fifteen minutes (I provided the part). In addition to this, I was charged $119.00 for the service call fee! I paid a total of $934.36 and 2/3 of the time he was here was spent on trying to sell me a service plan for my plumbing, H-Vac system as well as my electrical needs for $60 A MONTH! Then, you get a whopping 10% discount on the service call fee! I calculated that this service call was $12.47 per minute! I contacted the company customer service representative to talk about what I thought was an extremely high charge and all she could offer was that they have to pay for gas, tools and expenses! She also reminded me that I signed and agreed to the bid (she told me this 5 times). I told her I DID agree that that was their bid and I paid it! I did not agree that it was a fair price but I did not want to confront the young technician. I called HER to discuss the issue, to see if she thought that $934.36 for 1 hour and 15 minutes labor was fair. She did! Call this company if you have money to burn but you will get your work done politely.

Saw online they are selling returned tools…read more They had a nice selection from Ryobi, Ridgid, Milwaukee, and DeWalt. Stopped in as I've been looking for some new tools. Noah let me check out the tools and crack open a box to make sure everything looked good and wasn't missing any parts. The rotary tool(Dremel as most of us call them) was missing a few pieces from kit so he knocked a little off the price. The oscillating tool was new in the box and had no apparent issues, got it home and it seems to work just fine. The rotary tool turns on and doesn't appear to have any damage! We had previously purchased a washer and dryer as well(not on this trip though) Great price for some new/mostly new tools!
