Worst service we have ever had, and we have been with Culligan over 15 years. When we moved to the…read morearea, we called to inquire about delivery. The woman who took our call obtained information from us, NEVER ONCE explaining that Culligan would pull a credit report on us. When we presented ourselves to the location in Fon du Lac, this woman (who never gave her name - just said she was a manager; had red hair) was extremely rude. When we asked why she didn't tell us she was pulling a credit report, she of course said she did, and that she remembered the telephone conversation 'differently', and informed us there was nothing she would do for us. This employee lied through their teeth, was indifferent and hostile towards potential customers. We moved our business to Kats Culligan in Plymouth, and were given exceptional service. This rude individual is going to lose more business for you, and should be fired. We'll be passing the word along to AVOID CULLIGAN in Fon du Lac.

Called today after seeing the US mail scan and another Culligan bill which I found odd because we…read morehaven't had a delivery. We are here 24/7 and know every contractor that comes and goes in and out of our house. I checked our salt tank and all that is in it is 8" of water. Not a spec of salt found. Called Nathan. He said it was delivered August 8, 2024 which generated the bill. For years the water softener tank was filled to the brim continuously with salt. In the past the driver would come in the back door and deliver like clock work every month. We heard him come in, deliver, and leave. Since locking the back doors a few years ago we never see him. Told him to use the door with the ramp. That was met with resistance. Last year we've heard the driver knock 2 times. Both times we went to answer the door and heard the truck drive off and had to call Nathan to get him to turn around and come back. In 2024 we had to call and ask for salt because the tank was empty. If the driver is coming and we are not here, which is rare, there isn't a notice that he stopped by. There is never a delivery notice to alert us that the driver is delivering on a given day or at a minimum a given week. One of our rentals receives a delivery also, and we are never asked for a key or entry into that rental. The delivery doesn't taken place there either. In summary, we get bills and no salt delivery. Nathan's response is that the driver wouldn't risk his job over 3 bags of salt. Then where is the salt? Where is the driver? Because the driver isn't coming into our home and delivering anything. The photo is our water softener on the day the Culligan bill came in for a delivery that they say happened on 8/8/2024. From 2019 - 2022 this tank was filled to the top all the time. Communication with Culligan is inferior and the customer service is poor.

Disappointed. They installed our reverse osmosis system and it's been a disaster since. They didn't…read moreseal the connection and it flooded our basement. We got back from camping and our basement was flooded. Then a couple days later our faucet they put in leaked and water was all over our kitchen floor. I called someone came out and the gentleman sealed the bottom and said the person never sealed it that's why. Then had no idea how to fix the sink faucet so they replaced and left. Later that day it leaked again. I sent the person that sold us the system some videos. Then had someone come out from the Sheboygan branch which he was great and fixed it. Then made note of what happened in the basement and would have someone reach out to me. I had someone reach out to me gather the information told me they would put our invoice on hold and get back to me. Well I never heard back and the payment was taken out of our account. This all happened within a month of being installed. Very disappointed and it's been a couple weeks and the carpet still isn't dry downstairs. So now we are going to have to rip it up and replace it.

I would not recommend…read morethem to anyone. from office workers to lab technicians to the inspecto, we had issues with all of them. they would have let us drink arsenic from our outside water with no problem. the inspector didn't care that our dogs could have died from drinking water with ecoli and arsenic. we were never told we needed another water sample$$. were were told that for a small fee they could fix all our issues. I now have less than a month to get another company to take care of the problem. and the new company is cheaper, explained all procedure, and were willing to come right out. Clean water couldn't give me an appointment because the receptionist wasn't sure of 'holiday hours'. out of ALL the people I talked to only 1 was kind and compassionate.
