My review of Lake Geneva Pool and Spas has spun to ground zero 3 years later on a 3 year old pool…read more This pool was not set true and level to begin with with and is noticeable when full of water. There is definitely a catastrophic failure that is likely caused by a very poor install and winterizing of the pool. It appears there is settlement around the pool due to improper installation and compaction of the surrounding soils. I went to open this pool this year and noticed it drained down. That is not a good sign. Of course they came to air test, seen it failed and left. As it was put it is not Lake Geneva Pools Problem anymore and left. First observation is skimmer box is busted up. Improper winterization and ice damage. That is a major repair if the epoxy coating does not work to seal up the box. That is all I can try. Second observation is the return lines to the pool. Cannot get air pressure on the system. There is either a poor winterization of the lines or major settlement snapped the lines. Time will tell once a leak detection service can get in and do their testing and maybe send a fiber optic camera thru it. Third is the water heater. Leaks out the bottom every year. Always needing some sort of attention. This should not be. Forth are the laminar jets. They just do not operate like they should with the lighting. Never have since the beginning. It is sad for the price they charge for these. One laminar jet and area surrounding it sunk a lot. Fifth is bubbler jets. One jet si surrounded with sand and sediment. This is troubling as we do not know where that is coming from. If those failed that shallow deck is poured with concrete under the fiberglass. Basically the pool becomes a total loss as there is no safe way to repair those. This is disappointing to say the least that a pool install has this many issues. My aunt's pool is 45 years old and still working fine. This repair will be costly to say the least. This is gut wrenching because I have to fill the pool and hope the two bubbler jets will heat it and not cause a drain down. Pool must hit the 80 degrees for leak detection services to work in it. A lot of sleepless nights now.

They loaded in Tomah, WI,…read moreunloaded the truck in La Crosse terminal and it was months before they reloaded and delivered to the Phoenix AZ area. They 'forgot' some items and I had to pick them up myself when I got back there from AZ. They finally delivered a very expensive lawn chair and it was broken. A year later I am finally getting to go through the boxes and have found items that were stolen from me. Namely 38 timers(I used them for Christmas decorations), a mini crockpot and two new warming trays (used for buffet dinners to keep the food warm). I'm not sure if anything else is missing but to be on the safe side I suggest no one ever use this shipper. He is unreliable and a liar. I rate it one star only because I have to rate; if there was a minus star it would be that.

Our moving experience from Beautiful Winona MN, to the Phoenix AZ area turned out to be a…read morenightmare. Our belongings were in storage in LaCrosse for two months without incident. Our shipment which had been set up two weeks in advance with no issue, was split up with another families shipment and was partially delivered. We received an unprofessional excuse from Anderson. The Manager was full of excuses and finger pointing with blame. He told us that it happens frequently and it just happend beyond his control. The remainder showed up after much hounding on our part! To make matters worse,the fact that he could not find the check that was due for the remainder of the delivery is a clear indication that they should not be handling long distace moves! We are currently sending him a copy of the check that cleared our bank. What a mess! We had a Wii system that never made it to our destination. We had a three foot shattered porcelain statue delivered with no shame!. We received our leather embossed end table which was marred with markings from water bottles. Needless to say,our furnishings were filthy with black fingerprints covering most everything. If you value your belongings and expect professionals to follow through on commitments.......try another mover! We did not chose this mover because they were a value, actually the higher estimate! Well I forgot to give the Culligan guy a new key as they only come every 6 months, so needless to say he came and didn't have a key so they just decided that my business wasn't important enough to give me a call and re-schedule!! So I am figuring they are taking care of me until I'm out of salt and everything is rusty!! My soda machines my ice machine, toilets look terrible!! customer support is 95% of any business!!!
