The shirt is too small and I went into the store today to simply exchange for a larger size or a different shirt if they didn't have a larger size. The lady at the front counter was not understanding in the least that I simply wanted to get an item that fit. Tags still on the item. They have lost this customer for sure and I hope that this review helps others to avoid the same situation.

However, Lesia pulled the item for another person that commented 3 minutes after I commented. I sent Lesia screenshots showing that I commented first, no response. I posted the screenshot and tagged Lesia in it, no response. Lesia was active on the page, so I know she saw my posts, just chose to take no accountability for her mistake and ignored me. Very unprofessional. Lesia made a post in the group "it's a great day to shop at the pickers choice" so I commented on that post and said that I would love to shop the pickers choice when I come to pick up the item I claimed, but you chose to give it to someone else. I messaged the page as well, and they called me a bully. I guess I'm done shopping here!

Now, the finding things... That's where I had to knock a star off. This store is jam packed with odds and ends. All kinds of things on shelves, on the floor, in cases, nailed to the walls, literally everywhere. So unless you k ow exactly where something is, you'll probably have to ask for help finding it. Which is no problem! They're happy to help!There's also not a lot of room to move around without bumping into someone or something. We bought a rifle there today and it was a good brand, good quality, and at a great price point. Competitively priced! I'm sure we'll be back for the great customer service!

The employees were so helpful and made sure that I was taken care of! But that's not even the best part. Whenever I go into a western store and see a George Strait cutout, I ALWAYS offer to buy it, I'm a super fan. They are extremely rare to find for sale, and if they are, they're usually expensive since they're limited edition. Well this time, they let me leave my name and phone number so that they could ask the owner. I was tickled because usually stores won't give you the time of day. I didn't expect to hear back. But 2 weeks pass by, and I'm driving through Cullman so I give them a call. They tell me to hold on a minute. "He wants $500 for it," they told me, and I totally understood but as a college student, I knew better than to spend big money like that lol!! I was about to reply but then she said, "Just kidding! He wants to give it to you for free. Merry Christmas!" YALL, I was so excited, I nearly wrecked my car. I whipped into that store and honestly couldn't believe it. I'm a huge George Strait fan, always have been, and this made my year. It seems silly but it is genuinely one of the coolest things I own now and it's right beside my collection at home. I can't think Mr. Larry enough, and also the two wonderful women who helped me!! I FaceTimed my parents, my friends, I even made a TikTok about it!! I love all things Fall! And what's Fall without a visit to a pumpkin patch? I found this place…read morethat's about an hour drive from Birmingham. The prices were great for adults. Noticing the price hike for kids though made me feel kinda sorry for those parents wanting to take multiples. It could get expensive real quick. Admission includes a pumpkin and all the fun activities and selfies you want with the various props set up. It also includes a hayride out to the pumpkin field where you choose the one that's coming home with you. Theres a little store onsite, along with food/snack trucks. Since I'm watching what I eat, I did good and didn't purchase anything. I missed the petting zoo on this trip, which just means I will return next year!
