Mike's son Chris called me back and of course did not call back on my cell number (he must have looked on caller ID and called my work number that I called from). Obviously he did not pay attention to my message which should have been a clue. Anyway I told him I was looking to switch from an agent I have been with for 32 years, and he rushed me off the phone saying to send my policies and he would get a quote and call me back. I sent him all my policy info within an hour. It is almost 2 weeks and I have NEVER received a call back yet. I guess they don't need the business and premiums that would total tens of thousands of dollars over the years. If I can't get a call back when I am trying to GIVE them my money, I can't imagine getting a call back if I had a claim or needed them. I think a basic course in business and etiquette could go a long way here. I am happy I will never give them a dime of my money...DISGRACEFUL!
