The guy at the counter refused to exchange it for a product of the same brand that was not defective. He told me that I could not exchange a clearly defective vape for one that works as some are just defective and that's not his problem. I asked him how he could sell a defective product and not exchange it for something that works as it is intended to. He then proceeded to ask me if I was dumb and to get the f**k out of his store. I honestly wish I would have recorded this interaction, but I was in complete shock with the way I was being treated. I could not believe the way this man was speaking to me. I asked for the phone number of the store so I could call management tomorrow as they were not at the store at the time. I was told they don't have a number. I left the store shaking with tears in my eyes. This experience was absolutely terrible! Do not waste your money here. Zeronas is right down the street, they have a much larger selection as well as a truly friendly staff. I told the gentleman working what had happened at Cloud Slingers, he assured me if he sold me a defective product he would replace it. He is a disposable user as well and knows that some products are defective and required a swap out. 10000/10 recommend ZERONAS!!!
