I've never gotten a bad vape until today, when I returned not even a hour later to show them they refused to let me trade it in for a working vape. I went in and bought a vape the next day it just wouldn't charge, I called the store the next day to ask for help and they told me to come to the store. After driving to the store I was told that I could get a discount on the next vape I bought but there was nothing else they could do for me. read more

The cashiers are really mean every time and the wraps are dry. they are near my house so I gave them multiple tries but every time the man behind the counter is rude and the wraps crumble out the package. they aren't even worth a last resort. read more

I always look forward to visiting this shop. The owners are extremely warm and friendly. When I decided to vape CBD oil, I looked here. One of the guys helped me pick out a vape and explained how to use it. When that vape stopped working, they gave me a deep discount on the next, since I bought the first one there. I was looking for Super Hit incense today, and there was none on the shelf. They went in the back and looked for it there. My gf gets her cigarettes here when she has time to swing by. I'm new to the neighborhood and was lucky that this is the closest shop. I had tried to go both of neighborhood hookah lounges and both were closed. My friends and I ended up here to get our supply. Being especially partial to Fumari, I was impressed with their prices. $7.99 for 100g. Fantasia 50g was $2.99. The shop owners were very friendly. I'll obviously back and am glad to live so close. My experience at the store was mediocre. They weren't overly welcoming or helpful. I bought about $50 worth of stuff including an ash tray, a grinder, and a bong. The grinder screen started falling apart not even a few days after the purchase. So now let me tell you about the bong. The bong had 3 microscopic holes in which the water leaks out of slowly. I called them to tell them they told me a broken piece (probably knowingly) and he responded with "there's nothing we can do about it once you walk out that door. It's your problem now. Bye." Needless to pay I will never go back or send them business. Note to self, check every inch of your piece before you buy it because they don't care what they sell you as long as you give them your money. read more
