I will always love Culver's and love their kid meals because the value is amazing! You get a butter burger, fries, and then you get a snoopie coupon (collect 10 and you get a free kids meal) AND you get a coupon for a single scoop of the ice cream. The butter burger definitely hits different and it's almost got the smash burger taste but with a full size patty. I usually sub my fries for the mashed potatoes with a chicken gravy. I visit Culver's every time I come to Beloit for business travel! I love that they hire seniors to give them opportunity to work and their custard is a must to try whenever you are at Culver's. I typically get small vanilla custard and it's more than enough for one person. Super creamy and not too sweet. I personally love crinkle cut fries so I love that they have them. I know they're known for their burgers but I don't love burgers so I opted for Buffalo chicken tenders and love that the breading has so much buffalo seasoning flavor. Okay I might be biased but the cheese curds are what Wisconsin is known for. But I didn't love it. I like how small bite size they are and reminds me of bite size mozzarella sticks but I think they were too salty for my liking. This particular location is extremely nasty. The walk in cooler isn't dated, the fish is often let to sit out for hours of the shift In old flour Burger patties are stacked on cutting boards and also left to sit at room temp for literally hours The staff Is extremely rude, and the owner bill locke let's his brother run this location. And he runs it into the ground. The staff get yelled at constantly in front of customers and the conditions for walking orders is atrocious and has caused accidents in the past. The manager locks the bathroom door when it's busy and forbids them from using the staff bathroom, causing many issues for the older workers. They also have had many reports of unpaid wages for staff. The food is terrible and the management don't help. Please don't let the seemingly tasty food distract you from the nasty conditions of others. read more

Absolutely delicious! We ordered grilled cheese and fries, and all of it was fantastic! We had to pull ahead and wait a few minutes for the order to be cooked, and everything stayed hot until we were able to get parked and eat it! Would definitely recommend this location. read more

Let me make something clear. THE CURDERBURGER NEEDS TO BE PERMANENT! I waited in the drive through for 44 minutes (40 until I hit the speaker/order taker) to get my hands on one and boy, I was NOT disappointed. It was delicious and a perfect balance of beef to curd. I was worried the curd might be to overwhelming but that was not the case at all. Like always, this Culvers made my burger perfect. Toppings evenly spread, beef nice and hot and a fresh soft bun. The fries were okay, no salt whatsoever and the Pepsi seemed off but I'll blame that one on my tastebuds, I'm a coke guy. The only reason this is a 4 star review and not 5 is strictly due to safety. Once the parking lot line is full (very often) it leaves cars either stuck in a lane of traffic off of a main road or stuck trying to plead their way into the line from an oncoming lane. As I was leaving today I witnessed a fender bender occur with two cars trying to turn in at once. Not a good car flow. What also stinks is if you attempt to park and go inside, that same line will almost certainly block you in for some time. I said I ordered the flavor of the day and she grabbed it almost knocking the other one out of my hand. Then they gave me Pepsi instead of diet pepsi. I told her and she said I ordered a pepsi. I have never ordered a pepsi. I was reading off a list and I know I ordered a diet pepsi. Very rude and entitled staff. I love culvers, I mean who doesn't?! But what I had tonight was anything but culvers. From the crunchy sounds coming from my mouth as I took a bite of a butter burger with just cheese to the watered down mtn dew concoction I was handed. Me and My mom both got the same thing, a Double Bacon butter burger with ketchup and Mayo only. We both didn't receive bacon and my burger was charred from sitting too long on the grill. That's where all my crunchy sounds were coming from. It was inedible. I called to just tell them they had made a mistake by not including bacon on either of them and the gentleman didn't seem very apologetic. He wanted me to get off the phone and I could tell. Very disappointed with service and lack of care when checking for food. Ik it's a rule to double check food before you wrap it, I used to work there and it wasn't busy so it was probably a lack of checking all together. Was looking forward to it as well cause I wasn't feeling good but alas I was left warming up left overs because I wasn't driving 15 mins to wait for fresh food when it should've been done like that in the first place. Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Tn from Minnesota and got my usual single cheeseburger. It was the flattest no meat burger I have ever had. Literally no meat. I've reviewed about a million different Culver's locations, so here's a quick highlights/lowlights list: + food was hot, fresh, and my order was correct + the interior looks to be on the newer side and the menu boards were bright and easy to read + the restaurant was a comfortable temperature on a hot day - cool but not freezing + service was friendly +/- they advertise on the highway food exit sign, but they're quite a bit off the interstate; you have to go down a couple of stop lights and then down a side street. There is a helpful billboard on the main drag with directions, but you can't see the restaurant once you turn on the correct street - it's hidden behind an Applebee's. - bathroom was a little tight and the toilet didn't flush properly For me, Culver's has been one of the most reliable fast food chains I've ever come across; if you're needing a quick bite in Beloit it's likely going to be a good experience. read more

I never knew Culver's existed until I met my hubs. His idea of supporting local business was supporting this Wisconsin fast food chain. My hometown has tons of locally owned restaurants so I hardly frequented chain restaurants. I still am not as hype about the restaurant as hubs, but I have found a few menu items that I actually enjoy like the Garden Fresco Salad, crinkle fries with Wisconsin cheddar sauce, and the cheese curds. Hubs enjoys the fish and will usually order a sandwich with a side of cheese curds. He also likes the fish platter. What he really LOVES is the ice cream, especially when on special! His fave is the strawberry cheesecake because of the big chunks of cheesecake found inside--YUM!!! I would definitely like to see more vegan/vegetarian-friendly options on the menu here. read more

I asked for bacon on my burger, they didn't give it to me and when I asked them to fix it, they threw bacon in the bag and not on the burger. Is this a joke? We have been here multiple times and always had a great experience. To start with, this location is always busy. The drive through typically has 10 cars always waiting. We usually sit inside and they are always quick about bringing the food and they try to have cashiers always ready in case the line gets long. As far as food, it is a culivers. The butter burgers are famous and stay true at this location. The cheese curds are awesome and the onion rings are also very good The location is good with some outdoor seating and a large parking lot. In the summer they do some fun things for the kids. read more

Have visited this Culvers many, many times. I have always had a good experience. Not all restaurants (even fast food) appreciate someone coming in with 6 or more children. They are always welcoming. Food is always fresh and good. I enjoy their salads but will occasionally get myself a kids meal too because their burgers are yummy and it comes with a scoop of custard :) it's a restaurant that does a bunch to support the local Beloit area. It is often a place you will see the kids teams gathering after a practice or game. read more

Not a fan. Can't say it was the food. Can't say it was because they were busy. I can though say that while I was waiting in line I had an employee just look at me, the manager also was staring in the background and when I thought "hey it's my turn to place an order," they decided one of their regulars cutting in line was more important than taking my order. No big deal. I just decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Update: I decided to call the manager and at least explain the situation and was told that the employee probably thought I was being waited on already. This is the only Culver's where I have consistently had trouble. It is the worst! The employees are rude, and they regularly screw up the drive-thru orders. It's no fun getting home, and finding out that they gave you someone else's order....or just didn't get your order right. The most shocking was when I ordered a strawberry concrete, got home and got out the order to find that the custard looked awfully pale/white for a "strawberry" - thinking they just hadn't blended it well, I scooped it out to mix it and through the entire thing, I found 1 tablespoon sized piece of strawberry. That's it. Literally the equivalent of a spoon of strawberry. That's not a mistake or forgetting - that's deliberate. The worst, after I gave up on their service, I tried to go in to get pre-mixed custard from the case, and 2 of their employees practically knocked me down. Picture this - I'm heading for the door, I see the employees heading toward the right side door, so I moved over to the left side door, and when I opened it, they literally pushed me out of the way to come out the door I had just opened. Now given my prior experiences with their employees, I certainly wouldn't expect them to open the door for the customer and wish them "welcome to Culver's"...but I certainly didn't expect them to shove me out of the way in order to exit the door I had opened myself. I was so appalled with their behaviour, I spoke with the manager, who saw nothing wrong with their behaviour. When I said I could point out the rude employees, he responded by telling me he knew who it would have been. Then he just stood there. Not what I expected! I foolishly expected an apology...from the rude employees, but the manager had no inclination to teach his employees any manners, whatsoever. It's a fast-food joint, and I really don't expect much....but this whole event was just appalling. Since their vile employees actually put their hands on my when they pushed me, I could have had them charged with assault - maybe that's what you have to do to get Culver's attention. read more
