Whenever we're in town, we always have to get Culvers. We stopped by this location and were very impressed. Staff were very sweet, food was good, and restaurant was clean. There was lots of seating, inside and out. We loved all of our food! I wish I could come everyday. read more

You can improve by cooking your food. I ordered a two-piece cod meal. The fish was not cooked. The batter was still wet, not even cooked. The french fries were frozen on the inside and half of them were cooked Brown so clearly they were mixed half Frozen and half already cooked french fries. What a shame. read more

I had a large corporate order for my team, on 04/11 picked up. Everyone was super nice but when I got to setting it up thry forgot ALL OUR SIDES!!! I tried calling over 12 times over the last 2 days and no one will pick up. I filled out a survey as well. Food was great except no one had any of their sides!!!!! read more

The food is good when the order is correct. So check before you drive away. Everyone seems kind and courteous when we visit. One time there was a hair in my mixer so that was an issue but we understand mistakes happen. It's consistently clean in the dinning area. read more

Lots could improve. The employees seem to be trying hard but I think the issues I don't understand must be the responsibility of the owner. I have repeatedly asked for napkins after receiving our orders. Again today, no napkins. If the owners wanted good service, they would require them with every order and the employees would be providing the them. It prompts a person to wonder what else is being skipped. Ok I had a bad experience. It was an epic fail. Slow night. Only car in drive thru two customer dining inside approximately 8:30 pm on a Sunday. I had to wait an exceptional amount of time and not really sure why. My cheese curds were barely warm and my burger was raw. Not even seared on the outside. Over flowing this sauces. Never returning. Went through drive-thru, ordered 4 meals. My meal I asked for cheese curds. Paid over $50 and waited over 20mins for our food. Went home and I don't have the cheese curds just fries I didn't want. Called the store and was asked to call back in a hour I stated no. Totally bummed. The burgers were so bland. We stopped in while visiting, and wish we had gone elsewhere. The burgers were dry, the cheese cold and just not much flavor at all. They did have lots of space to collect your ketchup and napkins. They even had containers with lids so that you could take some to go. The store was clean, but there was just nothing special here. Today at 3:30, my daughter and I decided to grab Culver's for lunch. Normally I like Culver's, but specifically the one in Fountain, but I don't think I'll ever go to the one off Lake Ave again. After we pulled up in the drive through to order and literally waited 10 mins there without ever getting a greeting, or getting asked to please wait a few minutes, nothing but silence. After I accumulated a long line of people behind me that started leaving, and a few mins after en employee walked right be my truck, still nothing. I figured after that long the microphone had to have stopped working so I drove around to the window, maybe expecting a long line or people they had helped waiting for food, but nope, just the single truck that was in front of me. When the lady working the drive through finally opened the window and acknowledged us, she asked if we were waiting on something and I said yes to order and how there was zero communication while I was waiting to order. She never apologized or anything, just pointed to her earphones and said I have them right here. I told that she might, but she never once said anything to us. She then told me that I can't order because she took the order of the person that was in line after me, which I watched her do while I was waiting for her to acknowledge me at the window. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time. In the future I'll just drive the extra 15 mins to the Fountain Culver's. read more

Unfortunately I am sad to say these guys dropped the ball when we ate there on Saturday September 19th, the oil must of been dirty because the Fish sandwich tasted Burnt, and they forgot to bring out the deserts we ordered and didn't care when we went to the counter to get them. There were more than 3 groups in the line and only one cashier with 3 workers standing behind the cashier complaining about something not work related. This is the worst Culver's I have ever been to. I walked in and there was a big line. Fine, not a big deal. But then I heard a woman screaming. Again, that's normal in fast food places. But it was actually a woman in the kitchen losing her mind about being backed up. I have worked in fast food. I get it, but she was causing a massive scene and everyone in line was making comments amongst their parties about it. We didn't feel like we wanted to spend our money there with an employee freaking out as awful as this woman was. We ended up leaving and spending our money elsewhere. I have always liked Culver's and taken my family here many times. The one at this location may have turned me off from going anymore though. After completing a large order for my family and I, I asked if I could have a water cup and they flat out refused. Their response was, "we don't do water cups. You can buy a bottle if you like". Well... I usually like Culvers. After reading the rest of the reviews, now I understand. My first clue was the guy in training...when I asked him the difference between 2 burgers, and he didn't know. The girl standing next to him didn't know either, and one other guy seemed to have an explanation. Next... The food came out cold. The burger was OK, but I'll include a picture of the cheese on it. The burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Then there's the fries. Completely cold and gross tasting. I worked in the restaurant industry years ago, so I learned to complain if something is bad. I went up to the counter and asked for new fries because they were cold, and walked back to my table, because I figured they would make me new fries. Nope. The new fries came out in literally like 14 seconds. Most they grabbed fries from right under the heater... Which doesn't seem warm enough... But I think they might've even just given me the same fries back. Reading through the reviews... It's a consistent problem. I hope there's an owner who actually gets around to reading these. There's some kind of training problem. You guys are having the same problems over and over again and it's because someone doesn't care enough. Consider taking the owner or manager from the North Academy store out for a coffee or a beer. They can give you guys some great ideas. read more

Every time I go here I place large orders and every time I go here my order is wrong. CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! Also, the staff isn't very nice. On my last order, I went back inside to tell them something was missing and the dark haired girl acted like I was trying to get something for free. Once I got done opening every single container to show her it was missing, she finally reached behind her and grabbed my missing items and handed it to me like I had passed the test. As much as I spend here, there's no reason to nickel and dime your customers and be so sus of them. But the food is good as hell. read more

We went on the weekend of 7/20 for lunch and it was the first negative Culver's experience we've ever had. We are new to COS and excited to see Culver's here because it had been a few years since we've enjoyed the delicious burgers and ice creams/shakes. We've been to Culver's in Kansas and Kentucky previously in the past. They had a lunch rush and could not handle the amount of cars in the pickup window and inside at the registers. Th employee taking our orders was very kind, but poorly trained, left out a few items in our order, but thankfully we weren't charged for them. I heard the manager/supervisor firmly telling the employees at the register to do a better job of putting in correct sides; she was also busy helping to bag food for the window orders. They ran out of chicken noodle soup and we only found out when the runner brought our food. The burgers were cold. Our ice creams and shakes were runny and looked like they had been made and sitting for awhile. One of the line cooks said she would make our burgers again and while we were appreciative of her gesture, we knew the wait would be even longer since they couldn't seem to catch up. We ate what we could. The food we received was definitely not what Culver's stands for and not a proud representation of the quality they are capable of serving to their customers. We'd like to give this place another try but not before they are able to hire more employees and get them appropriately trained.
