I may have let out a little shriek of delight as I was driving through Frankfort looking for a place to grab a sandwich and realized they had Culver's. In fact, I quickly messaged a friend of mine from the area and said "Frankfort has Culver's." Of course, he already knew this. I'm a definite Culver's fan. While I was tempted to stop somewhere local while I was in Frankfort, I ultimately decided a quick sandwich from here and I could easily get back on the road. This is on 421-South, so it's an easy bite to eat without getting off the actual route. As is true for most Culver's locations, this one was solid accessible parking, appropriate curb cuts, and a double-sided drive-thru that winds its way into a single window. Once you're through, they give you your number for your window and you pull ahead. While my Culver's in Indy requires quite a bit of space for that post-drive thru wait, this one was pretty steady with a much narrower space for parking and waiting. I ordered my usual double-butterburger and a large unsweetened iced tea. For whatever reason, I learned during my cancer journey last year that butterburgers really agreed with my stomach. I have been a regular customer ever since. This was a great sandwich, delivered as ordered, and the unsweetened iced tea was also solid (perhaps a bit light on ice - a chronic issue with Culver's). I met two employees - both were friendly and helpful. I parked in the parking lot and enjoyed my meal. The parking lot was a bit smaller than I'm used to, however, it seemed to be fine and business was solid during the lunch hour. Culver's, at least for me, is on the upper-side of fast food and this was consistent with everything I love about the Wisconsin-based chain that entered the Indiana market a few years ago and has become a hoosier favorite. While I do tend to go local when I'm in a different city, considering my schedule today this was a great choice and I would easily return. read more

Great fast food spot. Any time I'm in the Midwest, northeast etc. I have to pick up a burger! Recommendation: always get the double! The Pattie's are pretty flat - by design and the best way to eat the burger is as a double. Also grab some cheese curds! So yum! We did the drive thru which was quick with great service. read more

It's a Culver's. Good service good food. I like fish and theirs is good. They only have fried but the better is nice and light. My husband likes the burgers and I've tasted them and they are good. It's like any other Culver's and that's a good thing. read more

The food Every time we have gone has had so much salt its inedible. Everything was awful.

Had a double cheeseburger, it was the hottest best tasting butter burger I have ever had an any Culvers. Staff was polite and quick.

We love Culver's, always my husband's go to... but we stopped in for a quick burger before grocery shopping. A quick stop turned into an hour with 30/40 minutes of that waiting for food. We ordered waited 30 minutes for our food. When it arrived my sandwich was wrong. I went up handed it to one of the teenagers working, explained what was wrong and gave him receipt of how it was to be made. He said ok. 10 to 15 minutes go by I go to counter to ask about my replacement as that teenager disappeared. It was sitting under warmer. I finally recieved my food; husband had already finished his. I felt bad for the couple sitting at a table across from us as well. They had to ask about their food as they had waited over 40 minutes. Very disappointed! Three of us stopped in at the drive-up window for what we hoped would be a quick bite to eat on the road. Ordered 4 sandwiches, one order fries, and 2 waters. They gave us a number and told us to pull around to the front of the store and they would bring it out. After at least 15 minutes of waiting, my son went in to see what the problem was with our order. It was sitting under the warmer. When asked about it a young girl just handed it to him and said "here ya go." 12 kids working in there and half of them were just standing around the front counter. He brought it out and we were 1 sandwich short. I went in with our receipt to get the other sandwich. Stood there for another 10 minutes waiting on it! Only 3-4 customers in there and 6 cars went through the drive up while I waited. (4 kids were actually handling the window). So much for a "quick" stop. Almost 1/2 hour. Food was good, but not enough value there for me to ever go back. Ever! I think it's a brand new franchise, but the manager had no clue about running it apparently. 2stars for the grub, otherwise 0. We still had another 2 hours to go on our trip. Wasted 25 minutes in there. I have no idea what they would do had they been busy. Maybe it'll be better in a year or so after they find someone who knows how to run a crew. read more

Concerned for the Culvers franchisee. 1 The handling of food, they person gave my food to the car behind me. 2 The person delivering the food, then took the food from the car behind me and expected me to eat the food after another family handled the food??? 3 Health Food violation! 4 Another visit, the hamburger was not hot of the press... My father, said it was not hot, they gave him the run around, he asked for his money back...then the manager was involved... Dad got his money back and no apology? He has coffee with is buddies Mom tells everyone she knows about his experience. She won't eat Culvers 5 My Bother also had a poor experience, food not hot... Concerned for the franchisee and Culvers...I vote to eat someplace else. My money is worth proper service, and proper food handling, HOT food! Food is decent I guess but waited for 40 minutes for two shakes to be brought out. Multiple people in the drive through getting bags of food and drinks And leaving. Apparently the food isn't fresh considering it takes significantly longer to just get ice creams. Won't be back I'll go to DQ or Milky Way. read more

Service was very slow,we were the second car in line and still had to pull around the drive, and the car behind me got there food first, and on top of the they got the order wrong sandwich wasn't what I ordered, and I didn't get the fry's I ordered. This store has been a disaster. read more
