So sad that the best burger in town is served by people who clearly don't care. I love pretzel buns so twice I've ordered the "fried pickle Pub Burger" and the "fried pickles" look and taste like they were fried a week ago. They're soggy and taste like rotten fish. This time I tried to mitigate it by adding lettuce onions and tomato (which it should have in the first place) which cost an arm and a leg, the single small tomato slice was green and crunchier than the fried pickles (which were again soggy AF), and the onions could barely be called sliced in that they were as thick as the were wide (although extremely good red onion I must admit). I really WANT to give these folks a good rating, but the Greeley curse of employees who don't care is in full force. read more

I don't usually post reviews of fast food places but this Culver's is really exceptional. Today we had the Walleye meal which is only featured once a year. Huge pieces of tender and crispy mild fish. But we are also fans of how well run this location is every time we visit. So clean with very polite staff. Also we like the varied selection and range of prices. We had a very nice experience at Culver's tonight. Jayden greeted us with a warm smile at the front counter. She was very helpful in answering our questions & went beyond by fetching things like napkins & condiments that we had forgotten to pick up. Now for the food. I got a grilled chicken sandwich & my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich. Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm!! The chicken was tender & moist. The bun was soft & tasty. It was the best we've ever had. Seriously! I came here a couple of days ago, through the drive through, and they lost my order. I called them on the phone to ask about it and they apologized and brought my order out. Culver is a treat. I have had no problems with this restaurant. Everything however, is very average and the prices are pretty expensive. The food is good, and the custard shakes are a must.Nothing really makes this place stand out when it comes to customer service or quality of food. On this particular warm spring evening, my husband and I decided while we were out shopping that we would stop and have a quick dessert on the way home. He had a Cement Mixer, and I, a Root Beer Float. We commented that they both "smelled" strangely, but the flavor was good, and we passed off the unusual odor to the "Greeley" smell in the air. Within minutes of finishing our respective desserts, we both became VIOLENTLY ill. I realize, without some substantial evidence (product remaining for testing), there is nothing I can do. With that said, I really expected MORE (or at least some appearance of empathy or compassion) from your management staff. However, this is NOT my complaint. Last night, on our way home, at about the same time, I stopped in to let your local Management know what had happened, and thinking they perhaps might like to know, and probably a little curiosity to find out if anyone else had experience anything like we experienced. I asked to speak with the Manager; a Ms. Selena Landeros, whose name badge indicated Team Trainer, presented herself as manager. I attempted to explain to her the situation. She was distracted; three times she excused herself, walking away for several minutes, then returning, with little to no explanation, and certainly no expression of sympathy, empathy or care. The fourth time she excused herself from the counter, with NO EXPLANATION as to why, she was gone for more than 10 minutes. I truly believed she was waiting for me to just go away. When she finally returned, she said that she had been in the office, speaking with the General Manager, a Ms. Ashley Clark, who said that there was nothing they could do, as there was no other complaints. She then asked me if I was leaving now. I asked to speak to Ms. Clark in person, and she said, "No, she is too busy. Sorry." And with that she walked away. As far as I am concerned, this was just rude. Not to mention wrong. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not sure what this is, other than a cover up. I used to eat lunch several times a week at this location, as it is close to work; NO MORE. Whenever we would go out for a quick meal, we would go here; NO MORE. I will drive to Loveland, where I am treated with respect and where I feel I have value. read more

This place is deplorable. We ordered onion rings and a chocolate shake in the drive through. That's it! They got the shake wrong. Worst place EVER. Girl taking our order cut us off multiple times, then we get to the window and the card machine won't let the card swipe. So she has to manually enter the card. They do a pretty good job at this Culver's. Make no mistake -- this isn't the healthiest of places to eat. But when you do want to toss caution to the wind the service here is very friendly and fairly quick and the food is a nice change from typical fast food fare. Good food, great customer service, and omg, wow props on the training going on from the manager! I'm shocked as I've never seen a fast food restaurant train like this and I like it. This is the third time that I went to this Culvers through the drive up window and they had my order wrong. Tonight when they mixed up the sundaes that I ordered with concrete mixers they were really rude. She slammed the window in my face and then told her other fast food workers I lied about what I ordered when she obviously entered it wrong. I live very close to this Culvers and have been there many times. I often drop by there really quick for a bite to eat on my way to work. When I moved to the area I had never had Culvers. I tried it and loved their burgers. I've learned that you'll get much better service, and better chances of a correctly made order if you go inside for food. I am allergic to mustard, so I order my burger without it. There was a point where 4 out of 5 times, they messed up my order. I can't even eat it if it's wrong and has mustard, so I wasted my money that many times. So after getting pretty angry, I decided I would not be going back. How hard is it to get a burger order right? A single cheeseburger with the works and no mustard. I have been back once since the mess-up streak (months later) and the quality seemed to be not as good. I won't be going again. read more

Their fried chicken is great, but they never seem to have any ready for orders. I almost always have to wait 10-15 minutes. But their customer service is awful. We hate going in to eat.
