5 stars for Jeremy. This kid was awesome, took care of my request or taking something out and subbing it with something else. I appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond. Even though he got scolded in front of me which wasn't cool, because he was taking care of me aka customer. I have a feeling if I asked for a manager the manager would've complied with my request also, to keep a happy customer coming back... he took the initiative and did an amazing job!! I have long thought that DQ makes the best chocolate milkshakes around (tied with Chick-Fil-A). Plus, you can order a Large (tie broken!). It is easier than you think to make a shake that is too thick (won't go through a straw) or too thin (overpriced chocolate milk). The ones made at this DQ were just right. read more

They seem to have major problems just getting the order correct. Most recently specifically asked for gravy: instead got honey mustard that is inedible because it's hot. One has to wonder what other mistakes they make. How is Greeley so horrible about even the most basic things? read more

Second time now we have gone through drive through and ordered a royal fluffernutter blizzard and got the wrong flavor handed to us. Because of the first time of them totally giving me the wrong blizzard (Reese's cookie dough) I have my passenger taste test it because I have Celiac. Second time they gave me a snickers instead of Royal fluffer nutter. Each time I have had to go inside and have a manager correct it. Please train your staff to do better! Start marking on the lids or something! This is getting old. read more

I was very disappointed in service today. I went inside to avoid the long drive-through line. A young boy came in in front of me to pick up a pre-paid order of food. The gal at the register, who did not have her name tag on, told him the order was not ready yet. She and the Manager, Bri?, both stood at the food window just talking. I asked if they could take my order while they waited for the boys food, totally ignored me. It took almost 5 minutes for the rest of the boys food to be finished, and the girls just stood at the flipping window talking. I understand waiting at times, but being ignored and the girls just chatting away did not sit well. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Food is good, Ice Cream/Blizzards are the best but the Drive Thru is the worst in the nation!

Waited over 30 min in line for them to tell me the no longer offer a certain type of blizzard. Okay no sweat, choose something else and move on. No, as per the owner of the franchise they we not able to combine to toppings and make a blizzard. Crazy. Lol why would a return when there other DQ's with better service and serve their whole menu. Your associate at the window said it's all Your choice and makes a lot of customers upset. I find it funny you offer no solution great customer service. read more

We came to get lunch on today.This DQ did not get our order correct. We went up to the window and paid and realized they forgot one of our chicken strip baskets so we told them and they checked receipt and told us we only ordered 2 .Ok I understand they forgot to put another chicken strip basket to our order. We were willing to pay for another but they told us if w e needed another one then to get back in line. Very unfriendly .They would not ring up another one even though it was there mistake. Forgive my prejudice, but I was really impressed at my first visit to this particular Dairy Queen. It is larger than the one on 10th Street. It has nicer booths. And the selection of food and drinks wowed me. The staff were about as pleasant as you can get. The wait between the order and the delivery is short. The burger quality is fairly typical for Dairy Queen, so that means the food here is consistent, and I have to say, bearing in mind memories from olden time when A&W and Dairy Queen were the only shows in town (another, smaller town), I really liked the food. No, I have to say, i think the food here is _better_ than the typical Dairy Queen, and is consistent in its betterness. Sept 14, 2013: The "Tabasco mayonnaise" sauce on Dairy Queen's "Flameburger" is the best spicy sauce served in any area fast food franchise. I had never enjoyed Tabasco sauce, so have not had it very often. This is the first time I have enjoyed Tabasco sauce in _anything_. The flavors were not just well balanced, but they were perfectly balanced. I loved that "mayonnaise." Unfortunately, the sauce stands alone. There was no other element of spiciness, that I was able to detect, in the entire rest of the Flameburger. The ingredients were good, well-cooked, and the greens were fresh. They just weren't seasoned appropriately imo. read more

This is probably my fav fast food joint in Greeley. I'm addicted to the pretzel sticks. My niece and nephew love them too. I love their queso sauce with it, mild and creamy. Their $5 lunch is a GREAT DEAL. I also love the Orange Julius and the quickness of the drive-thru. In my opinion, this is the best fast food and best area in Greeley. I have been to a lot of Dairy Queens in my life, more than I'd like to admit. Next to the location in Marfa, Texas, this is the best location I've ever been to. Their chicken strips were always hot, crispy, and so juicy. Perfectly cooked every time! Their fries were hot and crispy as well. Their cheeseburgers had such a wonderful grill taste which is a huge plus to me! Their blizzards are always up to standard and the staff is always kind, it's a good location for sure! read more

Very expensive. Charged $1.00 for an Oreo topping bringing my banana split price to $5.29. Way to much for Dairy Queen sized portions.

I like how they give you a free ice cream or a blizzard for an extra dollar if you buy the 5 or 6 buck lunch. It's a real pull in! One thing I would have them work on is expand. It's so small and there's usually only 1 table open and it has crumbs and food all over it. Other that it's really good. read more

My family and I were in the Dairy Queen on Center Place Drive in Greeley eating dinner when we viewed a male employee playing with his hair and tossing it around while he was in the food prep area. He made no attempt to wash his hands after playing with his hair and continued to make food. So I approached the manager with my concerns about the situation. He seemed genuinely concerned as well and said he would speak to the employee. However I also witnessed the discussion since it took place in plain view of everyone. The teenager laughed in my direction and didn't seem the least concerned and continued to make food without washing his hands. And then even went as far as removing his visor to shake his hair again. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally by the manager and the young man learned nothing. My family and I will drive the extra distance to go to the other Dairy Queen in our town from now on. We personally prefer a little more cleanliness when someone is preparing our food. In my opinion this young man should be wearing a hair net since he can't leave his hair alone. read more

This is the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. My son and I frequent it often during the school year. The food is exceptional, always prepared right. They also bring it to your table, which is an added fun plus, something you don't see with fast food restaurants these days. The prices are high, but, so is every other fast food chain out there. You can get ice cream cheaper at other places, but, the quality isn't even close to comparable, it is after all, their specialty. In general I don't frequent fast food restaurants & if I do, it's usually just for the kids, but, the food is just a better quality at this Dairy Queen. Coming from a small Texas town where the Dairy Queen was always exceptional, it's nice to find another one that lives up to the same status. Down South, the Dairy Queen emblem is known as the Texas Stop Sign, and this one here at Centerplace Dr. is definitely worth stopping for. read more
