There's a wide selection of sweet and savory crepes, as well as biscuits and gravy and the usual sides. She had the Turkey Pesto crepe, shaved roast turkey with greens, pesto, and balsamic reduction drizzle. He had The Beef, shaved roast beef, pickled onions, a zingy horseradish sauce, and greens. I don't know if I would call it a cozy French cafe. It's a dining room inside a hotel. However, this hotel is way cool and even has a spiral staircase. Looks like a large home built in the 1800s but was built in the 1980s. The hostess was super kind; as were the folks buzzing between the kitchen and dining room. Found this after leaving the farmers market and stopped by for a quick breakfast. Cute little restaurant on the lobby level of a boutique hotel. We were seated quickly and served very quickly as well. The menu gives choices of savory as well as sweet crepes, all look very intriguing. It was hard to choose what to get! The sweet crepes are divine. The presentation and flavor of the caprese crepe was fantastic.

Quirky, ecclectic, and delightful restaurant inside a rebuilt octagonal hotel. Beautiful outdoor seating on the surrounding porch, and room for groups large and small inside. Our group hit some staple menu items, crepe with mixed berries and goat cheese blintzes with strawberries, but also explored the savory side with a strawberry balsamic caprese crepe. Coffee and mimosa options were creative (salted coconut latte and lavender lemonade mimosa) and lovely. The service was brigade style, with many hands participating in providing friendly and competent service. They even tolerated chatty tourists from the Midwest with good humor and attentive listening. The staff were all so friendly, service was slow but they were very busy and even if it's always that slow we will deal with it for this breakfast. We had the best time visiting Lafayette's Creperie for the first time! It was a nice day, so we were seated on the pleasant veranda outside, and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere & food. The crepes were absolutely delicious, as were the fresh, warm biscuit and tasty Chai tea, and my husband's eggs were cooked perfectly. Great service, too - we highly recommend and we will definitely be back next time we visit our hometown! read more

3/14/26 Our table (8) ordered same time as table 5, both two people at each table during slow period... our food arrived 20 minutes after table 5 left. Server was kind and receptive when we inquired about our order. During the wait had to hear about kitchens staff's nightmare of death and Chef's complaint about table 0. Wonderful experience! Such a warm, inviting atmosphere on a cold, windy day. There was no wait for the table and the room was decorated like an intimate French cafe. Although crepes are their specialty, other breakfast items were on the menu, but I had the blueberry lemon crepe, which the waitress said was her favorite. The other two at our table had a white chocolate mixed berry crepe and Nutella strawberry crepe. Each was happily devoured. We look forward to returning. read more

The service was pretty good. First time coming there. The only thing I was really disappointed is that you can't get crêpes by itself as you have to have some kind of a filling in there. And since I'm allergic to eggs, I can't have those kind of crêpes. Cute place. Very charming place. read more

AMAZING! I had the lemon blueberry crepe and was THRILLED that they could make it gluten free. For a beverage I had the blueberry Chai tea and it was delish. I went back on Sunday and they had only 1 wait staff so the service was a big lacking but I was okay with that because it was a beautiful morning and I was out in the deck. The crepes were good but not great. I had a lemon, strawberry and blueberry crepe. The lemon curd was excellent but the lack of fruit was disappointing. My wife had the bacon, spinach and tomato with a garlic mayo sauce. The bacon was left in full pieces, made it hard to cut. The garlic mayo was overpowering. The crepes them selves were a little thick but were good flavor. I'll be going back to try others choices from the menu. read more
