My husband and I were visiting Orlando for our honeymoon. We decided to try out this place before heading to the parks. We were glad we did! We had never been so we weren't sure what to order as first timers. When we got to the register to order we asked about what's good to start with. For a fast-food style restaurant, the food was good. I had a single butter burger with fries and s drink. The fries were really hot and crisp. The burger was good and I really liked the bun. The single was more than enough and I ended up not finishing it or my fries. My husband had a Fresco salad and George's chili. The salad was fresh and had tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and croutons. He chose the Asian sesame dressing and really enjoyed his meal. Culver's has excellent frozen custard which we've had before and a different special flavor each day. This Culver's has been open for about one month now. Considering it is fast food I like the fresh not frozen products and that everything is cooked to order. It will not be as quick as the other chains around here but it's worth the wait. They have good burgers, cheese curds and custard. Everyone is very friendly, and always ready to accommodate everyone. This was a bad experience. I had the pork tenderloin. A piece of meat on a dry bun. No lettuce or tomato. Absolutely tasteless. The fries were good but kind of cold. When Culver's opened, the service was great the food was great, but then that has gone away .sadly to say my last two times there have been disappointing the first time I got a undercooked burger. I called to speak to the manager so the manager pretends to write my address down to send me some coupons. I asked him to repeat it he didn't know my address. On this trip, my order was all wrong and I know that it's not a big deal that it's just a burger but we spent our money on this that we work hard for. When you have a lot of teenagers working at these burger places and just running around having a good time, not paying attention to the customers leaving the order sitting down for long periods of time while people wait. To be fair, I don't know about the day crew, but this only happens to me during the night shift. Located on the side entrance to the Crosslands shopping center in Kissimmee. We have been here several times now, and loved it each time. It's been open almost a year now and has been busy every time we have come. Great food at an even better value. I have been several different burger from the snackpak deal. The deal is $5.00 or under for a burger, fries and a drink. WHAT! all made the way you like with the topping you want. The mushroom swiss has got to be my favorite. Good amount of mushrooms here. They don't skimp at all. They also have veggie burgers which you have to ask for as I didn't see it on the menu. Hubby had it tasted excellent although I would have to take his word for it. Love how everything is made fresh to order and brought to you. Dining area was extremely clean and was being taken care of by someone stationed to take care of it. (not someone who ran from behind the counter to maintain it) Drink area was well stocked and very clean. Love the wall art. Bathrooms were clean. Staff greeted us the moment we walked in the door. And we loved it! We did Deluxe Butter Burgers all around and there wasn't a crumb left! (Recipe for success). Their burgers are delicious and I love the thankfully ACTUALLY CRISPY crinkle-cut fries that other chains often skimp on. The cheese curds are fried and delicious in the good spirit of the Midwest that honors such a delicacy. My family and I are from up north and we were so excited to have a Culver's open up so close!!!! And it didn't disappoint. We love their Atlantic cod sandwich!!! Decided to try this place from someone who suggested it. It was mentioned that the burgers here are fantastic, being a burger lover I had to try it. Walking in you immediately notice that the facility is very clean and menus are easy to follow. What caught my eye was that dessert and dinner meals are also served here. I ordered the cheddar butter burger with bacon, when I took the first bite into that burger I could immediately tell that the quality of the meat here is good. I enjoyed my meal very much. I was a family of four and our meals came out on perfect time! Staff is really friendly, one lady even suggested a to go coffee cup for my grandma, she asked how many creamers, etc. I thought she was going to bring out the creamers to have my grandma put in herself but she actually did all the work for her. My first time eating here and was thoroughly impressed by their service. My niece dripped her cheeseburger on the floor and the person working the floor replaced it with a smile. He also helped another customer find another seat when she spilled her drink all over a table, cleaning it up afterwards. I used to go to Culver's all the time back when I lived in Wisconsin, which is where they started. After waiting several years for them to expand further and further south, this location opened literally right down the street from my apartment. I've come here several times since they've opened, and the service and food is everything that I'd come to expect from my experience with Culver's back home. The staff is great! They are all very friendly, and they definitely take care of their customers. Many times staff members will strike up a conversation with you while you're waiting for your food. The employees keep this place sparkling clean, and keep the good food coming. The food is just as good as I remember. I've never had a bad meal at any Culver's, and this location is no exception. The food is delicious, and it's all cooked fresh to order instead of made beforehand to sit under heating lamps. While this does take a little longer than somewhere like McDonalds, it's not that much longer, usually a couple minutes tops, and is well worth it. I'd be willing to wait 10 extra minutes for better food cooked to order, however it never takes long. The Butterburgers are all good, and I definitely recommend the Wisconsin Cheese Curds. Culver's is also the only place around my area, that I know of, that has TRUE Frozen Custard. Frozen Custard is very popular back home in Wisconsin, and I was surprised when I moved down here to find that there were no frozen custard places, and most people had never heard of it. There are a couple places that claim to have frozen custard, however in my experience it was soft serve ice cream or gelato. Culver's does have the TRUE Frozen Custard like you can get in The Midwest, and if you've never had it before, I urge you to try it. Overall if you're looking for a fast food place that has great food, definitely check out Culver's. It's hard for me to even call them a fast food place, because they are so much better than places like Burger King and especially McDonalds. The food is much better, the service is much better, and the restaurants are much cleaner. I can honestly say that I do not have a single bad thing to say about Culver's, and that is based on my hundreds of experiences in various Culver's locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and now here in Florida. I've never had a bad visit, I've never had bad food, I've never had a wrong order, and I've never felt like I wasn't receiving good service. It may cost a little bit more, and take a minute or 2 longer for the food to cook, but it is very worth it in my opinion. If you've never had Culver's before, definitely check them out. Ok I had been holding off on this rating because we love Culver's but the service at this location is really bad. We have been there at least 10 times now the food is good only took back one item the fish sandwich was so greasy you can poor it out of the sandwich but the service tonight we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and took over 20 min. For our food and for some reason they never get it correct. I could not wait for this location to open but they need to change up the management to teach the new employee how to get the food out in a timely matter and correct. This was my first time eating here and I was blown away by not only the quality of the food but how fresh everything was. For 9 bucks you get a ridiculously flavorful and fresh double bacon cheeseburger with great fries and and drink. That beats five guys by a mile.
