I really enjoy going to this Culver. The staff are always super friendly when you go through the drive through. I can only imagine that they are just as friendly if you were to go inside. The food here is always very fresh and tasty. I have had the pleasure of eating both their hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. Both are equally good, but I perfer their grilled chicken sandwiches since I find them hard to find at other fast food establishments. Did a to-go order in the app, love the new rewards system! The new system makes me want to come back more. My fiancé picked up the order inside and we got butter burgers and a sourdough melt. The sourdough melt doesn't travel as well as the burgers, the bread was falling apart when I tried eating it. I got the limited time Mac and cheese as a side and I don't know if it's the way they positioned it on the bag or dropped the cheese on the noodles but a some of the noodles didn't have cheese! I've about had it with so many of the chains around here whose prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. They had been open for almost an hour and I was the only car in the drive-thru. I placed my order right away and customized it the way I wanted. My only issue was that after I paid and got my drink they had me pull around in front of the front entrance to the restaurant. I waited a full 15 minutes before I got the burger and fries. I came in recently and was really uncomfortable with how one of the employees, Giovanni was acting. He was making rude racially insensitive, disrespectful comments with his coworkers about another customer's appearance , it was clearly targeted and felt very disrespectful. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. Staff should be held to a higher standard, especially when it comes to respecting customers from all backgrounds. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing to witness. Whether Giovanni and the otheres thought it was a joke or not, the things he said came across as racist and disrespectful. No one should feel judged or talked about because of how they look, especially based on their race or ethnicity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects really poorly on the store. The food quality isn't the issue because it's always delicious. Customer service is always great too. The issue I had here was that I paid for lettuce and this is all they gave. For a second I thought they forgot to add it but boom there it is... barely. I had to wait ten minutes in the drive though too which no big deal the food was fresh so it made up for it but it was still weird for an establishment with a drive through.
