Very disappointing meal. We got 3 burgers, an order of fries and an order of onion rings for $60 so I was expecting a decent meal. The burgers were so wet we almost couldn't eat them. I got the Route 66 burger and was only able to eat the patties as the burgers and toppings did not go well together in addition to the wet buns. We ordered fries with cheese sauce which was poured into the fries instead of on the side as indicated when ordered. We got onion rings to share but these were so dry, tough and hard we could barely eat them and did not finish them. We ordered to go and did not receive friendly service in the venue. We did not receive a greeting or kind welcoming to pick up our order. I cannot recommend this place based on their service or food. I won't return and I hope I am able to get a refund on this meal. read more

Finally made it to beef n' buns and this place is so good! Service was fast, our food was fresh, and overall tasty. Tons of seating, I was honestly surprised how big this place is inside. Just tried Beef N Buns and yeah... this place absolutely lives up to the hype The burgers are straight-up ridiculous--in the best way. Juicy, perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and the buns actually hold everything together (which is rare when you're dealing with a monster burger like this). Arguably one of the best burgers in Orlando no question. The customer service was excellent too (shout out to Ali) and I found the burger to come out fresh and delicious. Definitely plan on going back there as this is a very solid option for burgers. Staying at a hotel nearby and ordered a meal for pickup. Inside is self-seating with a nice amount of tables. Was relatively full for a weeknight, still some tables available. Every staff member I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, my food was ready the minute it was supposed to be and was nice and hot. By the time I got back to my hotel things had gotten a little cold/soggy but I chalk that up to user error. Everything was packed nicely and tasted delicious. Not my first time at Beef n Buns. They are a great halal burger spot. I ordered a mushroom burger, and it was amazing. I also got Cajun fries, and to be honest? They put way too much Cajun seasoning on the fries. Employees are very nice and accommodating. The location got renovated to which the restaurant is a lot bigger. They had a delicious steak sandwich but when I ordered it this time, it was different bread, different flavor and completely different look overall. It tasted different and just felt like quality went down. Maybe it was an off day, maybe they ran out of their usual bread? I don't know. From the moment we walked in we knew the food was going to be good bc the aroma filled the air as soon as we opened the door AND it was jam-packed busy. We were a little worried about seating while we stood in line, so when we got to the front we ordered our food to go but within a few minutes (before our food even came out) a table opened up so just be diligent and keep an eye out. The food arrived and everything was hot and fresh. The fries were SO good -- both crispy and soft in the middle and the truffle aioli was PERFECT. My burger (which was wrapped up since we asked for it to go) was pipping hot and flavorful. It was definitely a messier item to order but I have no regrets. So so so good! We also ordered boneless buffalo wings that were soft, tender and delicious too! I'll also give them an extra 10 points for having super clean fancy bathrooms! If you don't know what to get (and don't want all the flavors), get the basic one. If you aren't very hungry get a single patty. The fries are great! When I was done, no one greeted me have a good rest of your day or good bye. The only thing the staff really said was "enjoy your meal" when I received it. Love the dining etiquette, but definitely can be more welcoming with guests. My meal came in pretty fast actually. Took about 5-10 minutes? Food was good honestly.
