I just ordered a meal through the drive through at 8:31pm on October 12, 2025. The cashier was a black woman with braids ( my receipt says her name is Bri) she didn't put the top on my drink all the way and it wasted all over my car. After the drink wasted she hurried up and closed that window door and turned her back. Then she also had the nerve to have a bad attitude after I had to ask her bald head ass for napkins. It's no way her attitude was this bad for somebody who made the mistake. I would be more understanding if she apologized but she did nothing but look at me crazy with a terrible attitude. customer service was great, everyone i interacted with spoke respectfully, i did have to wait quite a few minutes for my food along with many others. my order was a spicy chicken sandwich meal, everything came correct, i would recommend their new spicy chicken sandwich. the right amount of spice and flavor, not too much mayo. i also ordered the shrimp, a 6 piece. it came nice and freshly cooked with a side of cocktail sauce. definitely worth the wait for sure read more

I was just passing thru and starving so I decided to give this Culver's a try and lord it was an experience. After ordering my food and sitting 20 minutes watching the crew walk around in flip flops, play with the other employees, and argue with each other I finally got my order which was a double deluxe butter burger with bacon basket. I went to the car and since I was hungry I cracked open the bag to try the burger and it didn't have the bacon that I payed for so I went back inside and waited 5 minutes until I got some help. One young lady told the cook that he needed to get his stuff together because this was the 3rd order that he forgot to put either put bacon on or fix a certain way. 5 more minutes of waiting and I get a serving of bacon in a round container. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I get back to the car and my fries were cold. Now I see why the customer behind me asked for fries freshly made because there were a lot of fries that were just sitting for a while. I purchased a concrete mixer at the Lansing location to share with my nephew. I almost swallowed this 1 inch piece of sharp plastic that was blended in. I contacted the corporate location via their website and they punted the issue to what I assume is the store manager. He did call and after playing phone tag for a few days and texting, he responded via text that the time I was available didn't work for him and asked for my address to send store coupons. I have no intention of eating at Culver's ever again. I'm just happy that this thing ended up my my mouth instead of my young nephew's. Don't bother ordering curbside from this location. You can check in by texting or hitting check in from your email, but no one every brings your order out. I've ordered curbside 3 times and the first two times I had to go inside and ask if someone working curbside, I checked in and it was 10 minutes, went inside to a group of employees standing around talking to each other while my order was on the shelf. They said sorry they weren't notified even though I checked in through text and the email. The last time was pretty much the same but when the girl that was bringing the drive thru orders out to cars I asked her if anyone was working curbside because it's been 10 minutes since I checked in. I love Culver's. It's a chain, naturally, so the food is pretty consistent. I've also become more addicted to it since my girlfriend works there now (not at this location). They make some of the best chicken strips in the fast food world. And, they're made even better because you can get a side of cheese curds. Cheese curds are one of the main reasons to come to Culver's. And then of course there's Concrete Mixers, Culver's variation of a Blizzard. How can that be bad? My personal favorite is mint, brownies, and Andes candies. It tastes like a Shamrock Shake only better. This location is always really clean, which is a huge plus. My issue is with the service. The last few times it's been here it has been so slow for what seems like no reason. Like any fast food place, there's a crew of seemingly endless workers. Some in the kitchen, some on register, some on the drive-thru headset. Last time I was here, there was literally no one in line, just me. I stood there for nine minutes (I counted, yes) watching crew members clean and do other things before a girl finally asked "are you waiting on something?" and I had to be like "yeah.... to order." Every Culver's I have patronized before and during the pandemic was clean and the employees were courteous. The food is always delicious. My only complaint is that several of the order takers in the drive thru will ask, "anything else" after everything you say. It does not happen often but is very annoying. I will let you know when my order is complete. It makes me feel as if the order taker is in a hurry. I always recommend friends to Culver's or one other fast food restaurant that I like. My and my family have always been a fan of Culver's franchise. We visit quite frequently. I've given this particular location 3 chances an on each occasion something was wrong but today was by far the worst experience. I ordered a Double Cheddar burger with bacon. After taking a couple bites I realized the burger wasn't done. I proceeded to the counter to inform the manager, she asked me did I want it remade and I said absolutely NOT, at this point I was disgusted. She offered me a coupon which I also turned down because I will NOT be returning. She ended up refunding me for the burger only and not the entire combo since nothing was wrong with my fries and drink. read more

Since the temps were in the 90s, it seemed like a better idea to order out so I thought I'd try Culvers chicken cashew salad. Burgers are their specialty but not so much with the salad. I drove through and surprisingly didn't have to wait long despite the number of cars there. Upon paying, I was told to drive over to the "right" after a number was slapped on my mirror. I received the salad and asked if the delivery person wanted to take the number. "No I don't do that." Not only that but when I opened the package, the napkins were missing. The chicken looked as though it had been cut and thrown in - they put paper like cheese that was half buried under the chicken. I couldn't find the cashews until the end. Darn Concrete Mixers!! They are so addicting. If I weren't so worried about my cholesterol, I might have one everyday. My family and I went into Culvers yesterday and was greated by everyone working there. I think I might have heard "welcome to Culver's" 7 times. haha. The chicken crispy was pretty good. Nice portion. My wife had the fish sandwich, she didn't complain so I'm assuming it was good. I also had the Make your own Mixer. So I chose Reese's and asked the cashier what type of icecream would taste good with it, he said vanilla; I was not disappointed. It was very good. I definitely recommend Culver's! read more

I totally love these restaurants and wish we had one in our town of Coeur d'Alene ID. But I'm mostly writing because today at this particular Culver's I had left my purse on the seat and called them 5 min later after driving away and noticing I had left it. Obviously someone seen it and turned it in to the managers office. WHEW!!! I was so relieved and thankful to have all my ccards, phone, etc back. I went to Culvers in Lansing on 9-17-20. I ordered my food and when I got your the drive thru window the young lady with the blonde hair in a ponytail didn't have a mask on at all!!! I motioned for her to pull up a mask but she got upset and walked over to another young lady that was behind her without a mask either so she came to the window without her mask. I never let my window down all the way. Mind you we have to wear masks but the people serving our food aren't wearing one during a pandemic wow!!! I went here also on 9-4-20 on a Friday afternoon around 4pm and the Assistant manager came out in the parking lot and was fighting with one on the employees he had fired that day. The whole staff ran out into the parking lot to watch the fight some even had the phones out recording. There where about 15 cars in the drive thru watching this mess!!! I spoke to the women who is the Manager and she said she couldn't control the young people that worked there! There was a time when if you didn't do your job you would be told to clock out and go home! Its pretty sad during these trying times of the pandemic Covid-19 we should all be safe and respectful of others. I go about twice a year hoping that this experience will be better than the last.I decided to give them a try today and it never fails there were problems, I was missing food and the food that I did receive tasted old, the ground beef was really dark around the edges,and gray and brown in the center! The bread was hard and stale, The Dept of health should be notified about the old food being served! HORRIBLE experience, I will never go back!
