I will agree the the multitude of other reviews for this location: 1) This location does not represent the Culver's brand. 2) If this is a corporate location, why is this poor quality tolerated? If this is a franchise, why don't they pull the license. 3) Order accuracy and wait times suck. Our order was missing 3 things, one was made incorrectly. 4)A multitude of workers standing behind the counter contributing to the higher cost of your food. I thought the comments about standing and staring were exaggerated but they are not. 5) Oddly enough the place was clean. 6) To the people writing nested reviews, stop coming here. The women at the drive through window tonight on 01-18-26 was very rude, after me and my fiancée ordered one meal she said "okay pull forward" even tho we were going to order more. We ordered two shakes 1 salted caramel and the other chocolate, we got a hot caramel one instead of the salted caramel one and then for the chocolate one it's just straight chocolate custard, it's thick and undrinkable. Morgan, & Brooklyn didn't marvelous keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. Nathaniel took our order with a smile and such grace. The food was amazing. That Culver's bacon deluxe was hands down the best bacon deluxe I have ever eaten I ever had. The service was just hands down the best I have ever seen at an eating establishment. I always like Culver's food but sometimes the wait and the inaccuracy or the orders leave something to be desired. When they're on, they're right on. When they're off, it's way off and I mean like 15-20 minute wait for a 2 scoop sundae off. The great thing is Culver's customer service and making it right. The food is always fresh and never frozen too. I recommend the ice cream sundaes with emphasis on picking a day with a great flavor for the day to start your sundae odd right. Wow. So I stopped at culver's driving through saint cloud. I ordered a deluxe combo with onion rings and a cheeseburger kids meal (only cheese and pickles). We wait in an extremely long line and finally get our food however it is just the kids meal. They had forgot the deluxe combo so had to go back. We waited some more and then came back out with our meal, however it was just the burger and not the onion rings! are you kidding me so they went back inside again. Then they come back out and we think we are finally good to go. Then we realize the cheeseburger with the kids meal has no cheese. i really expected more and would like an explanation. read more

where oh where do i even start. this place man oh man. when i first approached the drive through speaker i asked for a moment to decide my order and they said k. when i had decided maybe thirty seconds later i told her i was ready but received no response. i was initially confused and chalked it up to possibly her not hearing my voice. But then i hear are you gonna go? never in my goddarn life have i ever received such horrific treatment. after i had finished my order she said go to the window. i'm not stupid you cooperate employee. yuh. Only giving a 2 because the custard is good. The customer service at the window and outside was awful. The younger employee with orange ish pink hair was very rude while giving us our food. Didn't acknowledge us at all when handing us food or when we voiced concern that it wasn't ours. We gave the food to the rightful car and watched her walk out with ours. We attempted to tell her 3 times it was ours and they messed up the numbers before she walked towards us. Went in for a cool treat... My mom ordered a family sized onion ring basket. They brought her a cheese curd basket. She explained the mix up and the food runner went back to correct it. We munched on the cheese curds and they were soooo good! The food runner comes back and says "I need to take these back, sorry!" I thought that was really weird. Like, was she going to serve them to someone else? Throw them away? Anyway... Almost 5 minutes later, the O rings finally showed up. Piping hot and pretty good. We visited the restaurant today and it is not the first time I've had a concern. I'm doubtful I would come back to this location again although I like Culver's in general. We arrived and placed our order and got our drinks. We sat for 50 minutes waiting for our food to arrive. We watched the drive thru keep moving people out and others that came after us receive their food, eat and leave. It appears they can't handle drive thru and drive in traffic at the same time. When we finally got our food, the cheese wasn't melted on the cheeseburger, the concrete mixer was melted and my "strawberry salad" had shriveled old grape tomatoes and soggy frozen strawberries (not the fresh ones advertised). There were so many others in line waiting for their food or to talk to the manager that we just ate what we could and left. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend. read more

Ordered 2 ice creams to go and after 20 minutes and everyone else nearby getting food I asked the counter for an ETA because I had to leave for work. The sad thing about Culver's is their inconsistency between locations. This location's service and food quality are so poor. From managers down to new hires on register their staff couldn't care less and it shows. Every order has a mistake, every time. Culvers is my go to burger spot! I love that the burgers are fresh made, worth the short wait. I also like the variety of sides: french fries, cheese curds, onion rings, side salad, and more. Even if you don't like burgers you are sure to find something on the menu that you will love. Wednesday nights are kids nights at this location. Deal on kids meals and activities for kids. The recent additional seating area and larger bathrooms is nice. The drive though can be slow at times, but over all it is a great location. read more

Not really do I think this is worth $eleven dollars and change. Swiss Mushroom Burger basket with Fries, with a small Concrete Malt, and the fries were dinky small, maybe the equivalent of one medium potatoe in the little fry paper envelope. In fact the only Big thing about this meal was the basket! I'm glad I bought one meal for my son, and I had a glass of water. Otherwise, this place is just too expensive for what you get. His Basket meal was laughable! My family cannot afford this extravaganza when we can get a great $5.00 Cravings meal at Taco Bell that more than suffices, with the same high quality. Normally, our favorite stop going through St. Cloud. Waited 25 minutes for our order, it was obvious that meals were not being delivered to eat in customers on a timely fashion, because drive up and take out orders were being delivered first one after another.
