Super friendly dealership. Never pushed the masks. That's the main reason I bought from them instead of Timbrook power sports.

My teenage son recently visited the store on his own, excited to ask questions and learn more about motorcycles. Instead of being welcomed or supported, he was laughed at by the staff and told to "do his homework." This kind of dismissive, condescending behavior toward a young person is unacceptable. He left feeling embarrassed and discouraged, which is the opposite of how any potential rider or customer should feel walking into your business. What made the situation worse was how my concern was handled when I called to follow up. Rather than showing any understanding or accountability, the staff brushed it off, claiming my son had "taken it out of context." It felt like his age and inexperience were used as an excuse to ignore the issue entirely. The staff chose to deflect blame onto a teenager--further minimizing a valid concern. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a stark difference in treatment simply because he came in alone. Whether it was because of his age or something else, the message was clear: he wasn't taken seriously. That kind of attitude doesn't just hurt your reputation--it alienates the next generation of riders. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on, and I would caution other families to think twice before supporting a place that doesn't treat all customers--regardless of age--with basic respect. Do better!

We arrived this morning before they opened. We were not told that the unit was located somewhere else and more expensive than quoted until we had completed all the necessary paperwork. We were never told that our unit had been sold. This is dishonest and bait and switch tactics without the ability to own mistakes. Beware of spending this kind of money with a company that cannot be honest and transparent. **July 9, 2026** **Mr. Ernie Miller** Owner Miller's Motorsports Dear Mr. Miller, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my organization and I had while attempting to purchase a utility vehicle from Miller's Motorsports. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating and costly waste of our time. Prior to making the more than two-hour drive to your Uniontown location, we spoke with your salesperson, Jay, who confirmed that the specific model we wanted was available. We also received a written quote detailing the total purchase price and confirmed that we would be traveling to pick up that exact unit. Based on those assurances, we arranged our schedules and made the trip. Upon arriving, we were informed that the vehicle we had confirmed was not even at the Uniontown location. Instead, it was located at another dealership approximately one hour away. As if that inconvenience were not enough, we were then told that if we wanted the unit we had already agreed to purchase, we would have to pay an additional **$1,300** because, according to your staff, they "didn't know accessories had been added." Our only alternatives were to: * Drive another hour to retrieve the vehicle and pay an additional $1,300 beyond the quoted price; or * Purchase a different unit on-site that was approximately $10,000 more expensive. Those were presented as our only options. What was most disappointing was that no one accepted responsibility for the error, apologized in any meaningful way, or attempted to make the situation right. No accommodation, discount, delivery option, or other customer-focused solution was offered. Instead, we were expected to absorb both the inconvenience and the additional cost resulting from mistakes that were entirely outside of our control. Whether this situation resulted from poor communication, inadequate inventory management, or something more concerning, the end result for the customer was the same. It felt very much like a bait-and-switch, even if that was not the intent. At best, it demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. As the Chief Executive Officer of Blackwater Ridge, I understand that mistakes happen in every business. What separates a reputable company from the rest is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, our experience reflected an unwillingness to stand behind the commitments made by your sales staff or to value the customer's time and trust. As a result of this experience, we have no intention of conducting future business with Miller's Motorsports. We also intend to share our experience with others so they can make informed decisions when considering where to purchase their equipment. I hope you will review what occurred, speak with your staff, and evaluate the processes that led to this situation. No customer who receives a written quote, confirms availability, and travels more than two hours should arrive only to be told the product is elsewhere and will cost significantly more than agreed upon. Sincerely, **C. Blake Truman** Chief Executive Officer Cortland Acres Association dba Blackwater Ridge

Also not honoring the price that was agreed on even after putting down a deposit plus securing the financing. Not a reputable company! I read the response from owner of this business. I was required to place a deposit for them to transport the vehicle from OH. I sent them the on 4/23 and secured financing on the 24th. I was informed that the vehicle could not be transported until the 28th or 29th. I stated that I had to be out of town on business and would not be able to pick it up until likely second week of May. I received a text from the sales person stating good news and a picture of some UTV on the 29th (no mention of having to pick up machine before end of May). I responded on the first of May, that if this text was an indication that the unit I had a purchase agreement on has arrived, then I will be in May 12th to pick it up. I had no other correspondence, until salesman called me on May 6th to inform me that will not be willing to honor deal for the vehicle as we had previously agreed upon. The dealership did not follow through on deal we had on this vehicle. My recommendation stands and suggest not to deal with this company

The views are spectacular, rolling hills and so many colors of green and blue were breathtaking. Mile 9 was NOT our favorite mile. There is trail maintenance happening and that's a GOOD thing, but...the gravel is thick in many areas so riding the bike was sketchy at best. Thankfully it wasn't much more than that mile. I loved the train track right next to the trail and my prayers were answered when, lo and behold, a train appeared! It was stopped so as to clear a fallen tree but once removed (minutes) they were on their way. The train was filled with people who were happy to see bikers on the trail as we were happy to see, and wave at them. Great trail.
