Had the pleasure of working with both Noah and Tom and they made the purchasing process easy and both were highly reliable.

When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

At first I was worried I'd maybe bought something too small but once I had it over the bike, it was covering all the essential bits snugly. Once on the road, I'd check it every few hundred miles and it never slipped. Geza Gear motorcycle covers are the best you can buy to protect your motorcycle inside and outside of the garage. I purchased my first cover in 2011 for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX-6R. I needed another cover for my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 40th Anniversary Edition and as luck would have it, Geza Gear was there to the rescue. My first cover had worked so well, that I would have been insane to not purchase another one. There have been a couple small changes since my first purchase, like the badge and the mirror covers. Now, the mirror covers are sewn in and my previous version they were loose (there are cinch cords to tighten for towing purposes). For my 2024, I currently choose to fold my mirrors up when not in use, but that is not a problem. The mirror sleeves tuck in nicely out of the way. If you love your motorcycles as much as I love mine, show it by purchasing a cover from Geza Gear. If you take care of them, they will take care of you.

I am SO sorry for the long paragraph review but I just had to let it be KNOWN!!…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership's SERVICE department (FALLS CHURCH), and I would not recommend them based on how they are handling my situation. On Saturday March 21, 2026, I brought my 2026 Kawasaki zx6r in for a recall service. Towards the end of the day, I had not been contacted AT ALL and had to go into the service department myself! Just to have them inform me that my recall had been finished much earlier BUT ALSO that their technician had dropped my motorcycle. While I appreciated that they agreed to replace the damaged fairings, everything that followed was handled very poorly. I brought my bike back on Saturday April 18, 2026, to have the replacement parts installed. I was told it would likely be finished the same day. During this appointment, once again I was not contacted and had to telephone them on the status. Apparently, the service department had ordered the wrong-colored part. Luckily, the correct part was available at the other location in Woodbridge, and they planned to send someone to pick it up, but the repair would not be completed until Monday. While I initially understood the delay, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation and communication. Then Monday, April 20, 2026, that turned out to be false because the technician assigned to my bike wasn't even there that day. I didn't find out about this until I had PHYSICALLY gone to service because AGAIN NO ONE WAS CONTACTING ME WITH ANY UPDATE! So I had no idea if anyone even went out to Woodbridge to pick up the part-- like they said they would. One of the service workers let me know that my bike would probably be finished tomorrow which was a Tuesday and that they would give me a CALL IF ANYTHING COMES UP. At this point I've started to become quite frustrated. On Tuesday April 21, 2026, I came in with my boyfriend who needed something from parts, while I was there I decided to stop by service after receiving ZERO communication ALL DAY even though the guys said they would start contacting if ANYTHING. I doubt my bike was even finish but I thought it was worth a try. I was told my bike was already being worked on and would be done soon, so I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, I found out through an employee that my bike had not even been started yet--and that there was no chance it would be finished that day because it takes 3 HOURS to put on a piece. I was LIED to and given false hope! TODAY is Wednesday April 22, 2026, I still have not received a single text, call, or email with any update on my motorcycle--whether it's being worked on or even finished. This is after being told multiple times that work was already in progress. I'm annoyed with having to physically go in and demand answers and then getting lied to straight in my face. I didn't WANT to be a Karen but now I FEEL like a Karen. I just really want my bike, answers, communication, and these ridiculous delays to stop! At this point, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. A simple update takes seconds, yet I've had to repeatedly chase down basic information myself. It feels like customers are left completely in the dark unless they physically show up or call. This was my first time using a ANY kinda of dealership for service, since I did most of everything else at home and it was only because of a recall. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in their service department and I will never come back to this location for any kind of service and will be continuing with Woodbridge if anything were to ever come up. I would strongly warn others to be cautious.

It's also a great place to learn more about your machine, make repairs, and customize. Gear selection is limited to make finding what you want easy. The shop is very spacious to keep the space feeling more like a hangout than a warehouse for merchandise. A lot of the brands are not distributed by any other brick and mortar shop in the area (Saint comes to mind), and all are high quality and stuff you would actually buy. There is also a selection of supplies, which is targeted for members if the motorcycle club. They stock 15-50 boxer oil which is hard to find to support the boxer owners that are members. This evolving support is part of what makes membership valuable. Which brings us to membership. Half of the space is a members only garage which is available by signing up for one of a few membership tiers. Dues vary with access: higher tiers cost more and give you more time to make use if the garage space, use the wide assortment of shop tools, and in a few cases give access to specialized machinery. Classes that are made available to the public are offered to members at a discounted rate. It's common for 2-3 different projects being worked on, and collaboration is natural. The DC moto scene is small but welcoming, and Dunn Lewis is definitely a good place to connect. They offer events and rides that are available for anyone, and it would be hard not to get involved with DC moto clubs like dirt church if you hang around the shop. Mason and Laurel who run the shop are always available for tips on what's happening around the city and are a huge part of what make DLMC worth supporting. There's also great food and bars on the same block. Worth mentioning. As far as what could be better: it's a new space and features are growing. So if it doesn't have everything you need, you might have to wait for them to bring it in. But you only need to make the suggestion and it's something you'll probably see in the future. All moto and scooter riders are welcome. More than worth a look.

The on site insurance professional Dwight Foley streamlined that insurance and also provided top tier service . He walked me through my options and gave me the best rates based on the area I live in. While waiting I visited the service department and grabbed a cover just in case I need to leave it outside of my garage. Mike in the service department also sold me a much needed phone mount and the different components to prevent damage from the vibration of the machine messing with the phone parts . I thank Mike, he really went above and beyond to help and aided in the installation process with the technician before I left the property. So I was pleased with the over all experience , after you leave financing they have you ring a bell and you get to sign the wall of signifiers to celebrate your purchase which is so cool.
