But the one shop I kept hearing recommended over and over again is "the duc pond." As a fan of a well-placed pun myself, I had to check these guys out. They're absolutely not down the street from me, but what the hell did I buy the bike for anyways?! To ride it - so off I set for my 11AM appt (which had me waking up at the buttcrack of dawn... my bad, me) for Winchester. I'm greeted by a giant dog bellowing barks in exchange for head pats. Absolutely had to make that trade, and then the Ducati tech walks out and like a wizard, fixes everything on the bike, gives it a once over bill of health, makes recommendations, and teaches me a few things. It was wonderful. Was it cheap? No - but I'm a huge proponent of "you get what you pay for" and what I wanted was a Ducati technician and what I got was the confidence that my motorcycle had been taken care of. Will definitely be back!! I like these guys!

I wish I would have been told this before the owner (Donnie) took my Ducati in for warranty service in October 2020 and let the bike sit for close to two months. I now have to take the bike to another Ducati dealer for the work W.D. could not perform. I won't even get into the horrible customer service when I originally dropped the bike off....

I called foul…read moreafter paying their "out the door maintenance check', only to find out the bike's fluids had not been touched in years, and the bike was filthy. When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

At first I was worried I'd maybe bought something too small but once I had it over the bike, it was covering all the essential bits snugly. Once on the road, I'd check it every few hundred miles and it never slipped. And let me tell you, it saved me a whole lot of hassle during some tough sledding through the Rockies and Cascade mountains. Thanks, guys!

Quality and perfection are two words that come to mind when describing Geza Gear motorcycle covers…read more There is no reason or need to buy a cheaper inferior product, because you'll end up replacing it over time and spend more money than you would have if you'd made the right choice in the first place and gone with Geza Gear. Geza Gear motorcycle covers are the best you can buy to protect your motorcycle inside and outside of the garage. I purchased my first cover in 2011 for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX-6R. I needed another cover for my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 40th Anniversary Edition and as luck would have it, Geza Gear was there to the rescue. My first cover had worked so well, that I would have been insane to not purchase another one. There have been a couple small changes since my first purchase, like the badge and the mirror covers. Now, the mirror covers are sewn in and my previous version they were loose (there are cinch cords to tighten for towing purposes). For my 2024, I currently choose to fold my mirrors up when not in use, but that is not a problem. The mirror sleeves tuck in nicely out of the way. If you love your motorcycles as much as I love mine, show it by purchasing a cover from Geza Gear. If you take care of them, they will take care of you.
