I'm not sure if it's because they recently changed hands of ownership or what, but the experience has not been the same. My husband and I took our mower in to be serviced for the season. It came back with Lugnuts, missing off the tires. When we went in, they basically blamed us even though it was three days after they told us the mower was ready and said we came early. Then we had to wait for new Lugnuts because they had used our on someone else's mower. So we took the mower back a second time. Got the mower home again and realized it had no hydraulic fluid after being service for the year. We told them about it and they said well maybe the sponge just soaked it up. We added over two bottles of hydraulic fluid which shows there had been none put in there. I am mowing as of yesterday, since the ground was wet, I went to jump off my mower since it was sliding down a steep and back, expecting the blade to disengage and found out that they had somehow turned off the safety switch when servicing it this year along with everything else that had happened and almost chopped my feet off. was one of the scariest moments I've had in a long time. Again, my husband calls to let them know and they have excuses of why that could happen and again was possibly our fault. The mower was just fine before we took it to them and it came back with missing Lugnuts and no hydraulic fluid. I used to recommend deals to everyone. That is not the case in anyway shape or form as of today. They have done nothing to make this right, they did not reimburse over $400 or even a small amount of it that we paid to have our mower service for the season. Even though we had to take three trips back and now they have said, we will try to work you in to get the sensor fixed on the mower seat, even though they are the ones that turned it off. Again, I do not recommend deals small engine repair in Clinton, for any reason.
