Kaddy is either miserable or extremely unprofessional. Most of the time she's on her phone. Today I waited over 10 min alone in store while she found things to do and ignore customers. In that time other customers walked in and out either giving up on purchase or stealing what they were waiting to buy. If you want some free stuff just wait till she's on shift. read more

Horrible customer service from the night shift guy that was there 12/12/25 10:45pm, and it's not the first time either. Always catching an attitude when he doesn't feel like providing services that Cumberland offers, and let's not talk about how rude he talks back. read more

I stop at Cumberland Farms in Cromwell every day to get my ice coffee.Place is clean staff are friendly always smiling .I also like get chili dogs there for lunch sometime.They delicious and slice pizza . .The gas pumps are modern newer have a problem with them . I have the Cumberland Farms app so I can save $$ on gas so I used the app to find this location. I got gas no problem but when I went inside to get a drink I got bummed out. The flavors for the ice coffee were empty so I asked the clerk about it and she told me to pick another flavor. Not rush to fill it. Then I went to get ice coffee and all three containers were empty. Again I asked about it but no real response and no real action on her part. I took what came out, a mere 1/4 cup if that and got a hot coffee. Got if free from my app rewards, which I do have to say is easy to use then headed out. Not my regular local place with good service, that is for sure. Am very glad its not my regular place but maybe they saw I was from out of town and didn't care. Anyways, I am not going back. read more

I love Cumberland Farms. This is usually the closest one when I'm out and about, but unfortunately it is one of the worst of the newer Cumberland Farms. I'm a big soda drinker and have become addicted to those flavor shots. The problem is that this location is always out of them... for weeks at a time. I've even filled up on my favorite (Diet Dr. Pepper), to realize, miles away, that it's not Diet. I've pretty much stopped going to this location unless I have no other choice, instead hitting the Rocky Hill location which is awesome. read more

Where customer service should be first, the Cumberland Farms in Cromwell CT when it comes to FREE coffee Fridays deserves NO STARS, but I did not have this choice above!!! I went in early in the morning to pick up 4 coffees for myself and others that are getting ready for a tag sale. I was informed going forward that I was only allowed one cup of coffee each time when I come in. Two hours later I went in again for a cup on my way into work. I was informed that I already had 4 cups and that I would have to pay for this cup if I wanted it. I referred to the sign saying *FREE* cups of coffee on Fridays in October, and that I was complying with his request of only getting one. Once again I was informed that I would have to pay for this... I mentioned again it was only ONE cup. The manager that said I was to leave and NEVER come back. The Cumberland Farms in Portland CT was GREAT. They said it is FREE COFFEE FRIDAYS in October and I could take as many as I wished. I took two... One for myself and one for my boss. AVOID CUMBERLANDS IN CROMWELL CT WHEN IT COMES TO COFFEE!!! read more

Nasty place. Crumbs inside and squashed mini m&ms all over the ground. My Fiji water was cheap though. Also it's really cold in there. I couldn't comfortably assemble my chili dog as I was shivering. Just get your gas and leave before you see worse things than I did, because you probably will. read more

Cumberland farms has some of the better fuel station cuisine I have had. The prepared sandwiches are actually quite acceptable. They have a Manhattan Club Pannini which amazingly stays crispy in the cooler. I always stop at Cumby's when heading out in a fishing trip. Great place to grab ice, coffee, and sandwiches for lunch. The staff are always friendly, no matter what time of the day or night. read more

I visit this location frequently for gas because I have the Smart Pay app, which not only gets me $.10 off at the pump, but also helps me earn rewards like free coffee or drinks. The gas pumps are all computerized and modern and (knock on wood) I have never had any issues. A few times a month I stop in to the store for a coffee in the morning and although it can be tough to find a parking spot in the tiny parking lot, it's always worth it! The variety of different types and strengths of coffee is pretty impressive, and so are the choices of little coffee flavor shots. It's also amazing that all sizes are only $1.05 with tax every day. I can even bring in my own thermos to fill up & feel good about my eco friendly tendencies while paying the same price! The woman Luci that is often behind the checkout counter in the morning is one of the most pleasant & likable people that I've had the pleasure to encounter. She's even friendly early in the morning, which is quite an accomplishment! When I decide to stop for a coffee before I start the day, I rarely visit any coffee chains because of the great coffee and service. read more

Seems run down for a new store. Never food on the grill after 8 pm unlike other Cumbys. Manager always looks like a slob, not friendly. Will pass this store by and go to other cumbys who appreciate customers. read more
