Tulum vibes on the inside. Very busy on Sunday morning but the wait wasn't too long (~ 20 mins). The food was delicious! We will have to return to try out more of the menu.

Parking might be tough, and if you get here past 0830 the wait is very long, it's also a little pricey. All that said , probably one of the best breakfast places I have ever been! No kidding, the food is delicious, even the simpler menu items have a ton of flavor and taste fresh. The juice is delectable and fresh, the folks working here are incredibly nice and fast. Do t get me started on how cool the inside looks. Truly worth every minute and every penny. This is a must go!

My son graduated from the Navy today and chose this restaurant to celebrate such an important and proud milestone for our family. What should have been a memorable celebration turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had. The only positive things I can say are that the restaurant is beautifully decorated and our waitress was friendly. Beyond that, the experience went downhill quickly. I ordered the Chicken Royale. After eating half of my sandwich, I went to add pesto mayo to the other half and discovered a hair on the inside of the bread. Shortly after, my daughter and son stated they also found a hair on their egg as well. Finding hair in not one, but three separate meals is completely unacceptable. We asked to speak with the manager. When she approached our table, she appeared irritated and inconvenienced by our complaint, even after I physically showed her the hair on my food. There was no genuine concern or urgency to address the issue. While clearing the table, she then dropped a dirty knife directly onto my son's Navy graduation hat -- the same hat he had just proudly worn for his ceremony. Although she apologized and said she would bring something to clean it, she never returned. We were left sitting there, waiting, until we finally decided to leave. The lack of professionalism and accountability -- especially on a day that meant so much to our family -- was beyond disappointing. I am giving one star solely for the decor and our waitress. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Hubby and I came here on a Friday afternoon looking for a nice brunch on vacay, Bistrology was a good choice overall. We enjoyed the Nutella coffee, the Nutella pancakes and the steak and eggs, everything was delicious and the service was also great. We would definitely recommend this spot, cool place to take some cute pictures as well!

I came home to Pensacola recently for a friend's wedding. On the day I left, I gathered some folks and went out to brunch. This place was relatively new, and was getting some great buzz, so I decided to come here. I wanna say, that the ambiance and vibe of this place is the reason this place got five stars. The ambiance is wild, upscale, jungle party. Bamboo and greenery and lights everywhere. It's really gotta be the first of its kind in Pensacola. This was like big city ambiance. Big fan. Service was pretty good. Our server was nice enough, and the food came out quick and hot. The host was very stiff, though. Not warm and inviting. But that's ok. We ordered a couple of fancy coffees. And I mean fancy. These things were decorated like freakshakes, dressed to the nines. I got the Nutella Signature. Came with a Ferrero Rocher and everything. As for the food, I got the Omelet Diego Rivera (Four cage-free eggs omelet with mexican chorizo meat, spinach, springs onions and goat's cheese, topped with a grilled and sliced 6 Oz skirt steak covered with melted mozzarella, sunny side up egg & grilled jalapeno). This thing was pretty dang good. The steak was cooked well, the omelet was of a nice size, and there were plenty of potatoes even for a guy with my appetite. Satisfying. I will say, though, do not opt for the garlic parmesan potatoes. They were way too salty, unnecessary. I also got to try one of the stuffed croissants. I forget which, probably the Melty Ham & Cheese or something like that. I see on their menu now that they've made improvements to the dish, because what we were served was not great. This thing was so unwieldy and large, it was like they took a whole package of ham and plopped it on the croissant and put in the microwave. Not long enough, though, the block of ham was still cold in the middle. It wasn't even style over substance, because it did not look good. Overall, I really think this place is a four star restaurant, but with the ambiance and with the precedent it's setting for the type of restaurants that the great city of Pensacola can support, I will give it five.

Oh . My . Goodness . Absolute favorite new brunch spot! We did not realize you can join the waitlist online - so, you're welcome for that! but it was definitely worth our 45 min wait. Atmosphere was very cute. Service was fabulous - Thank you, Blue Food portions were Huge and Delicious. So many yummy options it was hard to decide. An after meal Bonbam was chef's kiss

Food was incredible, taste, presentation and portion size. The decor was exceptional with fine details all around. My server was well versed with the menu and options, she did an excellent job and was very friendly. The hardest part of going there is deciding what to order as all dishes look amazing.

Pros: Ambiance was stellar. I had no idea Pensacola had a place that looked like this. Beautiful mix of bamboo and greenery. They even had a green wall for photo ops! Service was pretty nice, too. We had a nice lady, and the food came out pretty promptly. As for the food, it all tasted very good. But the emphasis here was clearly style over substance. Cons: Back to the food, I don't want to diss them too much, but the sandwiches were so big, they were very one note and got pretty boring. And the seasoned potatoes were Way too salty. Just be careful. Tips: I wouldn't recommend a sandwich, but anything else would probably be good! And get one of their fancy coffees. Those things were great.

Over a hour wait for a table of four l, guessing Saturday is not the day to go. Menu is digital only via QR code. Inside is super hippy, brown and green grass decorations. Nest clean and interesting, definitely wanting to be in an Instagram shot. Ordered our drinks and food, took almost 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Guessing we were only allowed one each because after we ordered we did not see our waitress until much later. The food arrived, on no only one plate arrived with nothing else. Husband at that point just had to ask the food runner for more coffee, our waitress was MIA. Then our meals finally arrived. The pork belly was ok, felt like it was precooked the day before, no pretty caramelization just cooked and tossed in. The plantains were super soft and well fried. The avocado better be on point, as it was. Husband had the lomo saltado, which was wildly under seasoned. It felt dumbed down and not authentic. Also if you are going to ask how to cook the eggs and can't deliver on the ask just make them all scrambled. I wish I could tell you the mimosa was good, it was just there. Would like to have tried another flavor but after brunch I was ready to leave. Can't say I'll be back

I was super excited to try this place after seeing video after video about it on TikTok. The decor is very trendy & aesthetically pleasing. I think I enjoyed the environment more than anything. We did enjoy our food, but please be aware that the menus for both coffee & food lean toward the sweet side. Many menu items are pretty decadent. There are savory options, but I noticed that many of them involve lots of cheese. I realize this can limit some people's choices, as there isn't much in terms of lighter fare. Also, portions were large, so we both took half of our meals home. Another important thing to note is that it is not possible to make reservations here. You have to go in person & scan a code presented at the hostess stand to add yourself to the waitlist. We went on a Saturday morning around 11 a.m. & waited about 35 minutes for a table. As far as parking goes, there is plenty of paid parking directly next to & across from the restaurant. Of course street parking is limited, since this restaurant is downtown. Overall, we had a nice time here. It's a cute spot & it's in a central location. There were plenty of birthdays being celebrated, so it seems like a popular pick for birthday breakfasts/brunches. The decor & food presentation look amazing in pictures, so I understand why.

Great food and Ambiance. Excellent fast and friendly service. I enjoyed the Colombian Coffee and Loma Saltado. The menu had a variety and it all sounds great. Much detail is put into the Ambiance. Even the restrooms are clean and themed. It's impressive. I Highly recommend Bistrology.

The food is fresh and dishes are unique. The inside is nice and quaint. I loved the 'birds chirping' in the bathrooms. The drinks are special and nicely presented. Our server was attentive. One downfall was refills on coffee weren't included. We went twice. Once for takeout and the second time for service inside.

We were in town and wanted to check this place out for a brunch spot. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We made it around the early lunch time rush so we had a 40 minute wait which was to be expected. After the wait we were promptly seated and it was so beautifully decorated inside. You could tell every customer inside was enjoying it. They had an arch entry way that many people were taking photos together and selfie photos as well. We LOVED our dishes. Every bit was so so good. It makes you appreciate the wait for sure. We also treated ourselves to mimosas and lavender lemonade too. Our service was amazing and the servers constantly were checking on us. Overall it was a great experience and if we are ever back in town we will come eat here again!

While I initially rated the customer service a 7/10, it became clear that the professionalism of the establishment was lacking. When our food arrived, I was shocked to find hair in both my wife's dish and one of my friend's meals, which made for a very unpleasant dining experience. We promptly informed our server, who communicated our concerns to the manager, Rita. However, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected for her to address the issue. Ultimately, we had to seek her out ourselves, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rita offered to either remake our meals or remove them from the bill, but let's be clear--no one is inclined to pay or leave a tip for food they cannot eat. I also want to address Ron's response to our concerns. Rather than displaying empathy, it felt more like a defensive reaction as he was upset we did not leave a review for food we didn't pay for. The lack of professionalism in his response only added to our disappointment. It's crucial for management to handle such issues with care and urgency to ensure a positive dining experience. I hope the team at Another Broken Egg can learn from this feedback and improve their service for future guests.

Cafe Single Fin: Great Concept, Average Plate…read more Cafe Single Fin is one of those places where the experience starts before you even find the restaurant. I drove around the block several times looking for it. Turns out, the restaurant is tucked inside a surf and skateboard shop. Once I finally figured that out, I walked in and immediately knew this wasn't going to be your average Pensacola lunch. The cafe is basically the centerpiece of the shop, surrounded by some seriously interesting vibes. I was greeted by scream-o music, which eventually segued into coffeehouse music and then some lighter indie stuff. Quite the musical journey. I half expected the playlist to ask me to pick a lane. What drew me in was the menu. Clean, interesting and exactly the kind of thing that makes you think, OK, these people might be onto something. I went with the blackened mahi tacos with rice and beans. And this is where things got a little less interesting. The food was fresh. The presentation was nice. Unfortunately, the flavor never really showed up for work. The mahi was supposed to be blackened, but I'm not convinced the blackening seasoning actually made it from the kitchen to the plate. The beans were also undercooked and under-seasoned. Nothing was bad, exactly. It just lacked the punch that the menu had promised. And that's the frustrating part. There is clearly a cool concept here, and the menu has enough personality to make you expect something memorable. The plate just didn't deliver the same energy as the room. Maybe I'm simply outside the target demographic. There seemed to be a pretty strong twenty-something surf/skate crowd, and perhaps I'm just not fluent in the culinary dialect of that demographic yet. Interesting place. Interesting concept. Interesting vibes. Friendly/helpful staff. Pretty average food.
