I explained that pigeons and a squirrel were damaging our soffit, and that we needed the animals removed and the soffit sealed. I was assured this was "no problem at all" and paid $450 -- without ever receiving a receipt. On the day of service, the gentleman repeatedly said he was not a soffit repair person, despite promising otherwise. The animals left on their own, and the soffit repair was poorly done. It fell the next day, and the same issue returned within weeks. When I called, I was told fixing it again would cost another $450, even though I'd been told soffit-related issues would not result in extra charges. The initial work felt rushed, and customer service after the fact was disappointing. For the price, I expected a complete, lasting solution -- especially for a brand-new home -- but instead received subpar work and broken assurances. I will not be hiring this company again. To me it felt like the gentleman rushed in accepting this job just to make some quick cash . It sucks cuz we liked him... moving on. Just saying that if you're in a similar situation don't waste your money . On a side note I would be careful about believing certain reviews. It's possible that friends or family members glorified the work . Also I believe other reviews are disabled so I wasn't able to easily find the real ones .
