What I liked best was that it was very thorough and to the point and quickly helped me become aware of things about myself that were good to have pointed out. These insights and understandings helped me find better ways to handle challenging situations and people in my life. The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.
