Not only does she make a delicious cake, she's also a stellar human being. Before I dig into this review that fact needs to be made. So, I contacted owner, Danielle, on the DAY of my kid's digital birthday party. I'd made a mess of the homemade cake I'd attempted the day prior and was looking for a hail Mary. It came it the form of Cake n' Bake. Not only did she deliver a GORGEOUS strawberry cake with strawberry icing and jam filling - she delivered one of the yummiest cakes I've tasted. Def the yummiest this side of the country.... and she did it same day. She saved my baby girl's "socially distanced" birthday (in my daughter's words) and was a complete angel in addition. Again, we split the sandwich and it was still plenty to eat. But LOOK at the size of that sandwich. WOW! ...way generous portion of bacon! ...and the pickle spear is fresh and top quality (maybe "Claussen's", not sure). ...and who can deny that Tim's Potato Chips are the best? The crispy chicken Thai basil was decent as well; again nothing over the top, but the right portion with some heart shaped rice to go with it. In my opinion, it could use a little more spice. I went with the medium, but it was definitely not spicy at all, so I requested the spice tray to fix that. The Thai iced coffee was exactly what I would want it to taste like. Yes, I would recommend this place. Keep the party smaller. I'll have to try another dish on my next trip out here.

Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee.
