I recently tried D'Amico and Sons Italian Market and Bakery. It's located in one of the last open…read moremalls in the Orlando and Central Florida area. This mall does feel like a backroom, or liminal space. They are as advertised, a local Italian market, deli, and bakery. The trifecta, if you will. It's got a huge parking space area and located next to a gym. They offer a lot of Italian goods from cheese to meats to pistachio spread to snacks. The meat counter offers hot sandwiches and they even have a sandwich of the week. They have a bakery counter and to no one's surprise, many items will be sold out if you go at the end of the day. This was disappointing for me as I really wanted to try their pistachio sfogliatelle. So we got two huge sandwiches, which they cut in half for you, and some baked goods and coffee. They have a coffee counter and the lattes are good. We tried the sandwich of the week, which was a breaded chicken cutlet on fresh baked bread with caramelized onions, fig jam, and provolone. This was a 8.5/10. It was good, rich, and fatty. Not a light meal sandwich. Definitely had half of it and felt very full. We also got the Soprano, which was a breaded chicken cutlet on fresh baked bread with pesto, tomatoes, prosciutto, arugula, and fresh shaved parmesan. This was a 9/10. Lighter on the body than the other sandwich, but it was still filling and I can only have one half at a time. The sandwiches came out to about $30 for both, but that's almost four meals right there for that price. For the baked goods, we tried the Nutella sfogliatelle, pistachio creampuff, and a pistachio cannoli. A sfogliatelle is a laminated pastry that looks like a lobster tail. This was delicious and crispy and sweet. I wish I could have tried the pistachio one. This was a 8.5/10. The pistachio creampuff surprised me. This was a 8.5/10. I thought it was going to be too sweet, but it was good. Pistachio flavor could have been stronger. The pistachio cannoli was a 10/10. This was insanely good and perfect and I should have bought five of them. We tried the cookie butter latte from the cafe. This was a 9/10. The cookie butter was well mixed with the espresso and the espresso was strong and high quality. Overall, this place was a 9.5/10 and I will be back. I mean those prices and that quality moves it from the "let me try" list to the "let me be a regular" list.

I came in, looked the menu up and down, and shortly afterwards a gentleman behind the counter eagerly took my order. Then, a few minutes later the sandwich was done to perfection and wrapped tightly. That was great customer service. Plus, they had a question and communicated to me that they had a question. This doesn't happen at all local delis. The store is clean and well stocked. There is much more of selection here of premade and/freshly made desserts, dinners, etc. Will be back for sure.

When I arrived to florida quesitos were one of the main treats I was searching for, I visited several pastry places and had been heavily dissatisfied and disappointed. Until I was told about Pan Pan (Thank you Lauren) CALLING ALL PUERTO RICANS AND LATINOS, the most amazing quesitos are right here !!!! They don't keep many on their shelves, they bake a fresh batch every morning and afternoon, this ensures we (the consumers) get them the way they're supposed to be. Flaky, sweet, tarty, crunchy OOOOMMMGGG IT'S ALWAYS AMAZING. And lucky You if you get one nice and warm their cafe latte is done so right every time, not falling behind their breakfasts as well. Anyone not giving 4/5 stars is just a difficult customer. They do take their time making your food "MAKING" your food, not reheating food. What more can you ask for? if you're in a rush, call ahead, your food will still be waiting on you, hot and fresh. If you don't believe me, it's all your loss and it's totally okay cause it's more for me my colleagues and family if you want an average quesitos, coffee, or breakfasts go wherever. If you want amazing, go to PAN PAN. See ya there.

There is a bit of a language barrier but the owner was very sweet and helpful when describing her baked goods; they also have dine in options, as well a sandwiches! The empanada dough was perfectly crisp and light, with a slight saltiness to it, which helped to enhance the fillings flavor; my favorite was the beef empanada (i forgot to take a picture ). The flavor wasnt heavy tasting which I loved alot. I wanted to like the spinach one as much as the beef one, but it did lack the savory punch I was looking for. The guava pastry kind of reminded me of the chinese sugar donuts just with lotss of guava filling in it; super delicious and not too sweet! The dulce de leche was the yummiest pastry I had; its not like other dulce de leches where it just tastes heavily of condensed milk. This was so light and fluffy.

I cannot get over how delicious they were -- I will be thinking about them all week lol. Most importantly, the staff could not have been kinder. I'm sick of trying to support businesses that don't care about the customer -- this wasn't it. The gentleman who helped explain what I was ordering and answered all my questions was SO kind. I've already told two people about them and will come back again in the future.

We were welcomed with warm smiles and walked straight to the deli. We shared the Rubinstein and bratwurst (everything on it). It's true - it does take a while for the food to be made but it's so worth it. The meat is sliced is front of you and made to order. My favorite is their cucumber side that's drenched in dill sauce. $2+ beers for happy hour, everyday! Kolsch beer all the way, baby! Shoutout to the chef making our sandwiches. I didn't get his name but he's a super nice guy with a black beard. He was apologetic for the wait - but we assured him there's no rush. We will always wait for quality food! Another shoutout to Priscilla, who was so kind when cashing out our order. We're so ready to come back... tomorrow (haha)! Thank you, Hollerbach team who worked tonight (3/29/2026). We hope you always serve us. Now I don't have to travel 10 hours to Europe for a brat. Love this place.
