I give her one star because granted she's good at lashes but as a business woman she is trash af!! She ignored your calls and text . She changes your appointments last minute and makes you come in a different day than what you scheduled! She always has a excuse ready ! I went to her because she came highly recommended from one friend but then told she was unprofessional from another so I decided to see for my self , as a new client i wanted a refill, the day of my appointment 30 minutes before she asked me to come in later , next thing you know she cancels my appointment all together and ask if I could reschedule and work around her schedule ...Well I tried doing that still being nice and then all of sudden she stops responding ! A whole day goes by and eventually I ask for my money back . She sent it with no apology or remorse ! Recently she did the same thing to my best friend ! And the crazy part is she didn't book with her she booked with one of her trainees! And the girl quit and this lady would not work with my best friend to get her a new appointment and basically forced my friend to cancel her appointment and told her to try next week ! She doesn't care about ppl time or effort . But yet goes on social talking about client etiquette. She needs to learn BUSINESS ETTIQUITE!! read more

A friend and I Selena decided to take Ann's hybrid and volume training class. There was so many red flags during my whole experience but STILL wanted to give Ann the benefit of the doubt. Class was supposed to start at 9 AM, Ann did not arrive till 9:10 AM & didn't start class till 9:30 AM. The class was suppose to be a 6 hour intense training course with a 15 min break. Ann gave us a 30 min break & basically rushed us out before 3 PM due to her having another class after us. So in reality it was NOT a 6 HOUR class at all. She was extremely exhausted claiming she had only got a couple of hours of sleep. Ann was also very unorganized throughout the entire class. The "manager" Brenda had brought her baby to the class, set up a playpen and everything. The baby was very fussy the whole class, constantly crying making it extremely difficult to focus and understand her teaching. She also had the music volume loud and we could not hear her very well. Before taking this class i did my research on material and products. The "starter kit" Ann provided in this class has extremely cheap material. The tweezers could not even pick up the lashes! Selena accidentally dropped them and they had instantly bent! The kit was also not even complete. She told us she still had lashes coming in that we can go pick up from her another time. And i should mention that she STILL till this day has not even contacted us to pick up this material. (I attended this class on 6/29) The material in the kit was basically a bulk order she bought on amazon for 18.99 and divided that up between the 4 of us in the class. She claims on other reviews that the kit is worth 150 but that's a lie! If we're paying $675 on a class we at least expect some better quality material in our starter kit! After our negative experience at CBB we decided to reach out to Ann personally through email and explain EVERYTHING that we had issues with. Ann never took the time to respond back to our emails but instead the manager Brenda did. Ann did not train us at all on the "hybrids" for this training course. When we emailed her Brenda claimed that "if we did not touch up on this in class a hybrid lash set is the medium between classic and volume. In order to teach you Hybrid we teach you the basics (which are classics)." Okay i understand you need to learn the classic and volume before doing hybrids but DONT advertise a class by saying you'll be learning "hybrids and volumes" if you give them no knowledge on those techniques! We had asked her for a refund as we felt paying $675 for this class was definitely not worth that amount of money. Brenda stated that the class was non refundable, but I explained to Brenda that we never read or signed a policy stating this class was non refundable. Even the first initial email from booking never claimed the class was non refundable. We told Brenda to do the right thing and refund us our money as we had took an UNPAID day off to invest in ourselves only to lose out on more money! They still told us a refund was not necessary & we were welcome to sit in on another class. We declined that offer as we had no desire to attend another class due to our first experience. After writing one review Ann finally reached out to us. Only for us to be going back and forth and never speaking to her. She claims her intentions are pure but how if your actions are speaking differently. I am a certified Makeup artist and I've been to multiple classes and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. It's a disappointment that I wasted $675 only to leave with no lash knowledge. Also coming from one business owner to another Ann should do the right thing and refund us our money. She needs to learn to handle constructive criticism correctly. Do not waste your time and money on Ann's services! They are out here scamming people for their money! Please take your business else where! I went there a couple times to get my lashes done , good service but after my third set I received an email for an appointment I never made for a refill how can you make an appointment for someone without even knowing if they want to come or not , I messaged her telling her I needed to cancel since I really didn't have the money at that time she answered ok . I messaged her telling her I go the week after she answer ok after that I asked her what was a good time until this day she has not answered my message it's been about 6 to 7 months , if your a business person why can't you answer I don't get it . One of my friends used to work with her I told what happened and she told me Ann only likes to work with high end customers so now I know why she never answered me never going again . read more

Love Ana's work! She always has my lashes looking good and makes the entire process very enjoyable and relaxed. The appointments do take a solid amount time but it's really because she takes her time to make sure that your eyelashes are perfect and your natural lashes are limited in damage. The wait is worth it though. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Ana is by far the best lash extension expert in the whole city! She has a very gentle touch and you can barely feel her applying the lashes. If you take care of your lashes they can last up to 4 weeks till your next refill. Ana handiwork is beautiful. Decided to take the Hybrid and Volume class that Cupid Beauty Bar advertised on social media at the cost of $675 dollars. I paid this $675 upfront and was excited to attend this class. The day of Ana was 10 mins late to the 9am class..class didn't start till 930 am..Ana was complaining about being tired and only get a few hours sleep and also I forgot to mention she took her kid to this class and setup and whole play pin in the class!! The kid was crying through out the class and the manager Brenda was saying "oh she's just spoiled" while class was going on which took away from a lot of the class time. We didn't get full training on a ton of stuff and were very disappointed with the class and the tools were cheap tools. I could even grab a lash with the tweezers provided to us. I tried contacting management about a refund for this class but I was told that wasn't possible. I seriously can't believe I paid for this!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!! Brenda will try to say this isn't true but why would I lie about ALL this?? If u noticed on Cupid's reviews they cycle the bad reviews to go to the bottom.
