Made an appointment last week for Friday at 2pm. I decided to come in early since I had time, they ladies explained that they only had one person and could not take an early appointments. Came back at my time, which by the way, no one called to confirm my appointments for the next day. Continuing into the future, came back at 2pm, just to wait 20 minutes for my scheduled last appointment. She took down my lashes from lash set. She was apologetic. Took 1hour and 30 minutes, and i found out she does individual lashes so that's why it take so long, she does not use clusters of lashes. Overall, can work on people who have appointment. Overall spent $95 on new set. Vibe is I believe they are understaff tremendously! Liked my lashes, very natural. read more

Cheap full sets, I'd recommend making an appointment only in the morning because they're always understaffed. I don't like how they don't clean your lashes even if you have previous extensions on .. they just immediately start applying the new lashes. If anything happens to your nails before 3 weeks she will fix it at no charge but honestly I've never had any issues. Extremely disappointed. I came here after having a terrible polish job at another nail salon. This place had 4.5 stars so I assumed I'd finally get a good polish job! The ladies were extremely nice, and they did a decent job with my daughter's nails and feet, but mine was - very disappointing. Many nails aren't fully painted to the edges, part of the nails were left unpolished. The edges are uneven. The cuticles aren't trimmed and soft like they should be (I had a manicure as well, not just polish). There's paint on my skin and cuticles. See the pictures. After one bad experience at a salon, I'm close to crying after spending more money just to have another sub-par manicure. read more

I went here before with my mom and we received horrible, rude service. I went back today because, per reviews and customer photos, it seemed like this was the only nail shop around that can do designs. I asked before we started if my nail tech could do the design and showed her the picture and she insisted she could. I told her if she couldn't I had a backup color I was fine with. However, she told me she could do my design. She absolutely couldn't and I didn't want to waste any more of either of our time (she tried about 5 times). I was left stuck with a very unflattering base color and was charged for probably the worst manicure of my life. Still tipped her for effort but...this place just isn't it. Recommend maybe quadruple checking they can do your design before even sitting down. read more

I desperately needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up and I decided to give them a try.. my brows are thin to begin with but the growth was over a month so there was plenty hair to be waxed with a nice shape.. There were 2 Vietnamese ladies eating their breakfast when I walked in. I'm Viet so the fish sauce smell is very familiar to me, I just feel certain foods should not be eaten in places of business especially in the beauty industry.. they asked what I needed I said eyebrows waxed. The one who serviced me went to wash her hands.. the other one said in Vietnamese this pregnant lady needs to be careful we don't need her to trip (kind of in a rude manner if you ask me) then she said it in English to me directly.. little do most Viet nail places think I am Vietnamese but I speak it pretty fluently as well.. I told her in Vietnamese thank you for the warning & I will be careful.. she felt kind of awkward from what I can sense since she then became chummy with me asking me how far along I was and what the gender the baby was etc.. my eyebrows came out very thin and they didn't have a nice shape whatsoever.. thankfully I am good with my Anatasia brow wiz to fill my brows in for the next few weeks for them to grow back out for my normal lady to do them.. I will never be back here for any services.. $10 bucks was what it cost for her to give me super thin no shaped brows.. I didn't complain and I said thank you , paid and walked out.. read more

Fantastic place now that it is under NEW MANAGEMENT. Victoria (owner) is wonderful. My favorite part is how long my pedicures and shellac or powder dip color lasts. I am VERY rough with my hands, but I never need repairs. Great facial waxing (eyebrows/ lips).
